Terrible customer service. Called for a roof replacement. Only used them as a favor for a neighbor who worked there. Company was hard to reach by phone and unprofessional. Would not look at house to make a bid, only used aerial images. Bid was a lot less than the final price. No financing available. Limited choice of shingles. Roof was not completed until months after proposal was sent in. Final roof was missing the back flashing. I didnt find out about this until days later when I could look over the roof. Company replaced the rotten board but did not install the back flashing. I now have a roof with an exposed board. Company told me they would charge an extra fee just to come out and finish this work. Owner told me to climb the roof myself and paint the board. Why did I even pay them then?

Ryterski did our roof a few years ago and did an awesome job. They helped us out big time considering our roof was in worse shape than we thought. Our roof was the orginal roof from when our house was built in the 1930s. They were very helpful and honest about the condition of our roof. They did an awesome job at cleaning up when they were done. I would recommend ryterski to anyone. Very friendly and honest professional people.

Contacted them on 3/30/2016 for an estimate and was told they would be out within the next few days and would email the estimate to me. I have not received the email and have tried calling but only received their voicemail which is full. However, I have contacted Victor Brooks & Sons Roofing and they will be installing the new roof next week.

Adam completed my roof very quickly and professionally. All phone calls were promptly answered or returned. He was able to work my job into his schedule. He was also very understanding and knowledgable about the insurance process. I would highly recommend Ryterski Remodeling to all my friends and family.

the lady sarah who answers the phone very sarcastic and rude. Incomplete work was done. I had to have another company come out and fix what ryterski roofing did not complete at my expense. I will not use this company again.
