My experience with Cardinal Contractors was nothing short of extraordinary. I made a call to the company and Timothy Schroeder returned my call promptly and professionally. I informed Tim that I had some water stains on my ceiling and needed to get a quote for the repair. Tim took the time to meet with me the same day to look at my roof. When he completed the examination of the roof he informed me that I had significant hail damage to not only my roof but gutters and downspouts. I immediately made a claim with my insurance company. Tim made a return trip to go over the issues with my insurance adjuster. The adjuster agreed that the roof and gutters and such needed replacement due to hail damage. Come to find out the damage was due to the Hail we experienced in May 12th 2016. My insurance company informed me if I did not get the jobs completed by the anniversary date of the storm, I would not get the depreciated value back on the damages. This left 6 days to order supplies, take off the old roof and replace the roof, gutters and downspouts with the added difficulty of rain forecasted for three of those days. Tim knew the difficulty involved and started making phone calls to suppliers his managers. In four days Tim and his company got supplies dropped off, removed the damaged roof, replaced the roof, removed old gutters and downspouts and replaced with new. It is truly hard to find this kind of customer focus and attention to detail today. I can ensure without a doubt if there is ever I time I or anyone I know needs help with a roofing issue, I will steer them to Timothy Scheoeder of Cardinal Contractors LLC. Ruben (the project manager with Cardinal ) made the long trip out to my house 4 times. During his visits he: 1) got up on my roof and inspected it, made notes for the insurance adjuster and then provided an overview of the whole roof replacement process 2) met with the insurance adjuster at my home for the 1st time 3) returned on a Sunday to meet the adjuster again 4) reviewed the estimate from the insurance company and initiated the paperwork to replace the roof. Ruben is prepared, transparent, and thorough. He is also a likeable guy and is genuinely concerned about doing a good job. Cardinal made followup calls to me letting me know when the shingles would be delivered and also when the roof would be installed. On installation day the foreman ensured everything went well. He took pictures of the roof and gutters so I could make decisions on replacing the gutter covers etc. The installation team also thoroughly cleaned my gutters prior to the installation. After installation they were very thorough in the cleanup. Ive heard horror stories of some roofing companies. This is one company that does it perfect. I am 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Ruben and the team at Cardinal.

I met Alan Peele when he knocked on my door a few weeks after we had a big hail storm. He informed me that we have some hail damage and was wondering if he can evaluate our roof and have it covered by my homeowners insurance. We have a "big steep" roof with an extended garage hence, a few years ago, my insurance co. was quite hesitant to cover the previous damages. This year was different. Alan did the entire legwork and in a matter of days, had the proposed roof replacement approved! Whats surprising to me that after a signed a contract with Alan, he has his crew prepped the job site in a few days and started the project on a Thursday. The project got rained on, but finished the project in 2/1/2 days. The quality of work was impeccable. What should be mentioned was the professionalism of his crew. They were organized, skillful and clean. The roofers from Vicente to the clean-up guy were very courteous and simply hardworking. After the last shingle was nailed on, they proceeded to clean-up the job site with utmost expediency. I recommend Alan Peele and his company, Cardinal Contractors, highly and without an ounce of reservation.

We recently had our roof replaced by Cardinal Contractors, and we have to say that it was an incredibly pleasant, and enjoyable experience. From dealing with the insurance company, to providing numerous samples of roofing options, to coordinating the installation of new gutters and gutter guards, to light carpentry work -- Cardinal Contractors took our project and managed it from start to finish with incredible professionalism and timeliness. They truly exceeded our expectations. As we reflect back on the project, the terms professionalism, honesty, integrity, courtesy, and sincere interest in our satisfaction perfectly represent our experiences with Aaron Wallis and Tony Campise of Cardinal Contractors. I have owned several service and construction companies so its hard to find ones that exceed my expectations. Cardinal does. Jason Talarski knocked on my door offering a free roof inspection after last years hail storm. I am usually suspect of this sales approach but told him to go ahead. He did find real damage one week before the deadline to file a claim, reviewed damage with insurance co inspector, managed the entire insurance process, set up replacement and Cardinal and its subcontractors met EVERY commitment without follow up as well as doing a high quality job. My wife was amazed how curtious the roofing crew was and how clean they kept the worksite. Would absolutely use these guys again and I am recconending them to others

My husband and I want to commend Cardinal Contractors for their outstanding service. We are especially happy with Timothy S. and Tyler B. for all they have done and are doing for us. Their professionalism and kindness is more than words can express. Between working with our insurance company, making sure our deductable is exactly what it’s suppose to be and not a penny more, also answering all of our questions and concerns has been a major relief for us. I was introduced to Ruben through a mutual friend and got to talking about what he does. Due to a storm that hit the area last year, I didnt believe there was much damage to my roof. He stated even though there might not be any damage in the neighborhood, its still worth a check, and it wouldnt effect any of my time. Well good thing he checked, cause he was able to find a couple of areas that need to be looked at. We are now waiting for the insurance claims to come take a look and compare notes to what Ruben found and well see from there. Good looking Ruben!

I cant begin to say how happy I am that I chose Cardinal Contractors to replace my roof. I had other companies come and inspect it but Tony Campise was the reason I went with this company. He is honest, personable, respectful and not at all pushy. I knew if I went with a company he worked for then it was an honest, reputable company. The workers were prompt, polite, clean,and respectful to me and my property. They are hard workers. I would definitely give this company a 5 star rating and would refer them to family and friends enthusiastically !
