Just bought tile here for our kitchen. We havent installed it yet but the buying process was great. The prices were very competitive. My mother in law, who lives out of town, wanted to purchase the tile for us. We were able to put in the order online super easily and picked it up the next morning. Everyone from the man who explained the difference between ceramic and porcelin to us to the team that helped us at check out/pick up (colton, alex, terrel), were super friendly, knowledable and efficient! They even gave us complementary waters for our trip home.

Great customer service. Our tile installer suggested shopping at this store. Since we have rental units, we shop around at quite a few places. Up until now we have shopped at Hobo in Waukegan that have competitive prices, but terrible customer service. Floor and Decor will now be our new flooring supplier. They have competitive prices and a high quality selection of flooring. Thank you to the Italian guy that helped up get our wall tiles today!

THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION IS NOT THE BEST, THEY TERMINATED AN EMPLOYEE WHO WAS MAKING THE STORE MONEY ALL BECAUSE OF MISCOMMUNICATION FROM DEPARTMENT MANAGER. THIS STORE DOES NOT PROMOTE EMPLOYEE GROWTH AND LACK MORAL FIBER. A PERSON WHO CAUGHT THE BUS TO WORK DAILY TO PROVIDE FOR THERE FAMILY.

Just beware on what you can and can not return. Still waiting for the manager to get back to us, and that was two months ago. Would not buy from them again!!!! Just overall bad experience.
