If I could give 0 stars I would. I called at the end of my shift to report to the agency that I would not be returning to my assignment the following day due to work conditions and I was assured by the person that I talked to on the phone from paramount that he would let the branch know of my decision and that they would be in communication with me on finding another job. I call the next day to ask a question and Luis the forklift recruiting manager tells me no one left any notes on my previous call and that he would look into the whole ordeal. It wasnt until I went to the Bolingbrook branch to practice my forklift driving that I was informed of my termination. Extremely unprofessional service and agency. I Do not recommend anyone work through this agency as you could do everything by the rules and still be terminated.

This place has terrible customer service. I set up my paperwork with them and have not received a call back with any job offer for over a month. When I call them, they say there are no job offers available yet a friend of mine receives job offers all the time from there. Literally. Also, the female operator is rude and doesnt even answer your questions, she just wants to get you off the phone as soon as possible. Will not return here.

They dont answer the phone. All the operation had to do was transfer me to another agent, why make things so unnecessary for??
