The manager of the Hoffman Estates location contacted me for a position they were trying to fill "immediately" (I wasnt even looking but it sound like a great position with schedule). Long story short, after 3 days of jumping through hoops, being talked down to during interviews, taking over 6 tests, being lied to and on (yes, they lied about my experience to the client and the client brought it up and said I should address it with them, terrible) and never returning my calls, I have got to say this is the WORST temp agency I have ever dealt with in all the years Ive dealt with agencies. Ive always recommended signing up with a temp agency because Ive always had a good experience with recruiters but Bridge Personnel is a joke. Whats sad is after the interview, I never heard from anyone in the office. I called and was told they would get back to me when they heard from the client... this was a month ago. Ive even went as far as emailing the President and owner about the situation, again, no reply. I understand the complaints that are on here are dated but it seems as though there is some consistency in lack of professionalism or even an understanding of a good agency. Theyve probably winged it for so many years with a handful of clients and no one knows how terrible they really are until youve wasted your time with them. They are terrible liars and without getting too detailed, they have lied to me several times during the process, told me to lie during the interview (which I tried to brush off) and then was reminded that theyre liars during the interview by the client. Would you want to waste your time with an agency like this? And oh, it was the manager who told me to lie. Dont waste your time!!!!!! Youll never hear from them after the circus act they put you through.

POOR EXCUSE FOR AN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY. I met with a recruiter from Bridge Personnel, Hoffman Estates at a DeVry University Career Fair. The recruiter and I set up an interview at the career fair for the following week. At the interview I was told that everything went very well school wasn’t an issue, and all I needed to do was complete a test for the future employer, and schedule a phone interview with the recruiter’s supervisor. Once the test was completed, I was initially scheduled an interview for the following day…….much to my disbelief this phone interview was re-scheduled THREE times by Bridge Personnel due to poor scheduling by the supervisors assistant and or supervisor. Needless to say once I finally got my phone interview it lasted about THREE minutes with Karenna (supervisor bridge personnel), it was a very unprofessional, extremely poor business ethics, arrogant, and rude. I was told that the job was an immediate hire and since I’m still attending school it wouldn’t work. Someone is obviously lying either the supervisor or her assistant. Another point I would like to express, if it was such an immediate hire, why did my phone interview get re-scheduled three times, and if a school schedule would interfere with the job, why are they recruiting at a university? How someone like this is in that position, is beyond me. Save yourself some time and agony by avoiding this company!!!!!!!

Bridge Personnel reached out to me after coming across my resume. After a friendly call about an available position, they brought me in for an interview in one of their offices. The interview did not make me feel nervous, and I was very comfortable speaking with their recruiter. The next day, I had a phone interview with the recruiters boss. This was my first phone interview and I was a little bit nervous, but they conducted a professional interview. After the phone interview ended, I was called by the recruiter who told me I performed well over the phone. After doing an online software proficiency test, my resume was submitted for the position to the company. Before my scheduled interview with the company, Bridge Personnel contacted me wanting to prepare me for the interview. We did a 3-way phone call where they prepared me for the interview. They were very helpful, giving tips on how to respond to likely asked questions. They stayed with me the whole for the entire process, and I called them after my interview was complete. I said it went very well and the tips they provided helped me. With Bridge Personnels help, I was offered the job! These guys are awesome!

Bridge Personnel is the best agency because its employees really care about the people they recruit. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. Adam was the agent who helped me find a job and answered all of my questions. He helped me with everything, I didnt even have to worry about anything because he was always available to answer my questions. He was even able to come in earlier and leave later. Bridge Personnel offers a 2.5 hour orientation, in which the agents explain everything about the new position. When I started working, I felt like I was prepared. I didnt have any questions. However, a lot of people who were hired by other agencies did not get any information about the new job. The people who were hired by other agencies kept asking the trainer tons of questions. I felt great because I knew the answers to all of those questions. Bridge Personnel is definitely the best recruiting agency. They have the nicest staff and they really care about their people. If you are looking for a job, then contact Bridge Personnel because they will take care of you. You will not be disappointed!

Bridge Personnel Services has been one of the best services I have ever received. The environment and relationships are personable and professional. The lines of communication were clear, accommodating, and reciprocal. If I expressed any of my professional expectations or concerns, they were all heard. I received extensive advisement on multiple directions available to me. Interview coaching was sartorial to the specific company I chose. I was even provided additional resources to enhance some of my skill sets, such as free websites to increase my typing speed. My professional relationships with Janice Sweeney, Afsheen Khan and Trey have withstood the test of time. I appreciate all that they have done to support me in my career goals and aspirations.

As a recent college graduate I was looking for an opportunity to start my career. This came in the form of a call from Adam Kanka from Bridge Personnel Services. From day one Adam was more than accommodating working with me to find a job. He had two jobs that were possible fits for me and because I had a trip in the near future the second of the two jobs was the only fit for my schedule. That was the job I ended up landing with the support Adam offered me. His preparation and constant communication throughout the process was positive and helped ease any nerves. I would recommend Bridge Personnel Services to anyone looking for new employment.
