When I was just getting out of college I worked with staffing agencies and the experience was horrible. I was blessed enough to start a successful career on my own but now I am looking to change directions and I find myself going through the job search process again. As anyone who is currently in the process of looking for their next position knows, this is not a fun activity. I thought back to my experience with staffing agencies and I was reluctant to go down that avenue again. I am thrilled that I did. I applied for a job that I was interested in and was called by Theophany Staffing for an interview. I went with low expectations but was absolutely blown away. I had the pleasure of being interviewed and coached by Erika S. She went far beyond the roll of a recruiter and had me extremely well prepared for interviews. She took the time to go over my background and concisely highlight my career path to best speak to the employer I was targeting. She followed up with me often and kept me informed through the entire process. So many people on here say, “I wish I could rate less than one star but they force you to use one.” I wish they had a way to rate more than five stars. Erika would deserve an extra star. If you are checking reviews on staffing companies, you are probably job searching. I would highly recommend Erika and Theophany Staffing.

I am very disappointed with the professionalism displayed at Theophany Staffing. I have dealt with several staffing agencies before but none that are as unresponsive and inconsiderate. I was contacted by Theophany and had a great first impression of them. I was scheduled for an interview with one of their clients the next day. After the in-person interview. Theophany provided me with positive feedback from the client and told me they would reach out for next steps. Several days passed and I received no update, I had to reach out for updates and was given excuse after excuse as to why they couldnt contact me. All I asked was for clarification on whether the client was still interested or decided to move on with another candidate, a simple yes or no would have sufficed. After repeated attempts and a couple weeks I received no response and decided to give up. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. They should have the common decency to provide a response regardless of whether or not it is a yes or no. There are better, more considerate staffing agencies out there.

I am currently working with this office. It has a week and my consultant has already provided me with an interview for a position I would love! The office is clean, professional, and is decorated in great style! When I had visited the location the staff was very friendly and casual (yet professional). Lexy has been awesome thus far! She is extremely personable and responsive when it comes to communications. I do not see anything changing in the future regarding my satisfaction with Theophany Staffing and would recommend them (and Lexy) to any job seeker. Keep up the great work!

I have had opportunity to work with Theophany Staffing twice now and each time they have been absolutely amazing! I was able to work with the same recruiter, Joy, both times. She was incredibly personal and went out of her way to make sure I was kept up to date on what was going on throughout the whole process. She worked really hard to find the job that was the right fit for me and went above and beyond when it came to helping me prepare for every step of the process. I can not recommend Theophany enough.

I hate to do it, but Im very disappointed. I had an appointment here three weeks ago, I went through the interview and all that, left in VERY high spirits thinking "this is going to be awesome" and "they seem to really care" and "this will totally help me on my search!" and yet, havent heard anything from the person I met with, no answer to any of my emails, nothing. Like I dont even exist. For what its worth, thanks for that.

I spent almost 2 hrs with a rep at this company for an interview a couple of months ago. Was told I was awesome and so was my resume I would be contacted 3 dys later for a client interview and the same day I was suppose to receive an email to take tests. Kept calling noone returned my call finally I caught someone never received the email nor a call back. Total waste of almost 2 hrs of my time. 8/11/16
