I have known Pete Olson for a long time. We are not good friends...just had work done by them a few times but NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Last job they did for me they broke the key for my 2012 Chevy Sonic. Has one of those $150 electronic keys!!! Lying sack told me it broke when the car was wrecked....COULDNT HAVE BECAUSE THE KEY WASNT IN THE CAR WHEN IT WAS HIT...IT WAS PARKED UNOCCUPIED!!!!! LYING BASTAGES SHOULD HAVE TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY FOR BREAKING IT. The fact that he tried to weld it back together and handing it to me in pieces proves to me that he broje it. What he should have done was add it onto the job of fixing the damage on rhe car...Because after all he said it must have broke during the accident...Hahahahaha idiot. They are rude, obnoxious, uncaring, greedy, lazy, and do mediocre work. The wife does the paperwork. The son thinks he is Gods gift to mankind. And Pete just does nothing....golf and whatever. They argue at work and it really looks bad. The brothers used to work together but that failed. They charge high prices compared to most other shops. Save yourself the time and agravation...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Thesis guys are the best!!!!! I have a older Jaguar convertible I never drive it but the one of the days i decide to take it out for a spin I get backed into at the gas station .I was so upset my insurance agent suggested I go see Olson Auto Body he said they fixed his Mercedes and did a great job. . So I took my car there I talked with Matt what a nice young man. The shop was so clean and the whole staff was so nice I was placed at ease right away they fixed my car and by the way it looked perfect they kept me informed the entire way through the repair and the best part is when i picked it up it was detailed . All i have to say is this Olson Auto Body Is family owned and now I an part of the Family Thanks guys for a job well done .Your friend Sam

Olson Auto Body did a great job matching the paint on my vehicle, it definitely looks better than before. Not only was I pleased with that outcome, they have provided us with great customer service. They were very good at explaining things and extended customer service beyond what I expected, or typically receive these days! They seem very willing to go the extra mile and put their customers first. I was even picked up at my house and given a loaner to use for the time I needed it. I can recommend Olson Auto Body with confidence. August 5th, I have to add... now I know why Olson Auto Body has been in business for so many years. They have proven excellent customer service and satisfaction is their top priority. Thank you Matt, Pete and Ilene!

The son Mike that works here took 8500.00 from me to restore my car in February. A week later was put in jail 18000.00 in back child support. When he got out he wanted more money from me, claiming he was broke. He became very angry When I said no. No work was done and he claims the parts are ordered. Spoke with Pete the owner to help me. He said he washed his hands of him. I am not the only one that has been scammed by him! BE AWARE!

Any time my family has needed body work, they go here. Pete Olson and the rest of the staff are all really nice people, and very easy to work with. I just had a car in last week and they did a great job. They took extra care to make sure originally unseen damage was taken care of. Everything looks perfect.

When has it ever cost $530 to load a car and tow it 4 miles? And then they would not release my car until I drove back down there to sign for it which was a 2 hour round trip. Avoid doing business with these shysters at all cost!

My vehicle had some pretty severe repairs... Everyone I met such as the tow truck driver Mike, and dealing with all office personnel was a very easy, fast, and left me as a very satisfied customer.... highly recommended

Worst place,charge $1050.00 for tow truck 1 mile,not even pull out drive shaft and Exsel You can only pay cash. Owner say hi have expensive TOW TRUCK. Hi want go to Florida to spend cash money there. Good luck
