THEIFS THEIFS THEIFS!! PLS BEWARE!! My car was in an accident, and my brother told me to take my car here cause he has done business w them on another level then car repair. Well needless to say insurance totalled my car out, and Rex tried to give me a 2000 bill for storage and the car was there 3 weeks and just got set as a total loss a week ago! He tried to have me lie to the insurance company and say he toerd the car from madison and he never did i drove the car in. He got very angry when i was goin to buy the car back from insurance company because it still runs and drives, he wanted the title in exchange for "storage" he wldnt even let me get my sons car seat out of the car or any of my sterio equipment. I called the police who he also lied to. Mind you this guy is supposed to b a family friend who my brother has done several favors for. Hes A scammer and a con-artist PLEASE PLEASE BECAREFUL!!! Do not trust these guys!! They never did any work on my car or even touched it and are trying to charge me 2,000!!! He told me that storage fees started on the date the car got totalled which was the 18th of Feb, until today which is the 28th of feb, but yet when he gave me the bill it was dated from the day i brought the car in! The man in a con artist!!!!!! BECAREFUL!!!! CON ARTIST AND LIAR!

Needed help on a Sunday afternoon when I backed over a culvert leaving on wheel hanging above ground. Mark (with truck 301) very carefully positioned the flat bed carefully under both rear wheels, lifted the rear end gently, allowing me to drive the car back on to the drive way. Absolutely no damage to the car, either as a result of my driving/backing stupidity, or from Marks work. They arrived in less than an hour from when we called. They were very presentable, and their truck was immaculate. Their professionalism was quite obvious. Could not ask for more. I must also add that the fee was very reasonable and actually quite less than I had nervously anticipated. Many thanks to Mark and his assistant.

I can only comment on my experience there. Jay & Willie took good care of me and my Car. I got it back after less than 2 days while we gave 3 days to get it done. They were among the best priced, good location for drop off and pick up. While my car was not severely damaged the work done was good, cant tell where the damage was. My car wasnt the most filthy but it wasnt clean either...well it was clean when I got it back. Vacuumed and wiped down...which I really appreciate! They also allowed me to provide parts as I was able to get them a bit cheaper, which was cool. Overall I would say they did a great job and would highly recommend them for any other.

I use to have the highest respect for Rexs Towing but after my most recent experience with them I would NEVER recomment them to anyone or give them my business again. When their employees lie to the owner about what they did and said and the owner backs them that is very poor customer service!!!! Beware of their employee Rick who is the leader of the liars. It is a shame that the owner passed away because his wife Dawn does not know the meaning of good customer service. All I can say is BEWARE and be leery of doing business with them.

Had a great experience with Rex from start to finish. It was a very simple process fro start to finish. Their price was lower than 2 of the quotes I received and more expensive than 1. I didnt chose them solely on the price but more so the knowledge and how personable the person I spoke to was. He explained repair vs replacement of the fender that was damaged and wasnt suggestive in the least bit towards the more expensive repair. I ultimately had the fender replaced and couldnt be happier with the way it looks. Great work

They drive on our roads like no one else should matter. I have seen them tailgate, speed and drive reckless on our roads. I think they call it intimidation. Like you should move out of their way when they come. I had one of their employees pass me in a 40 and purposely try to run me off the road. Assuming he didnt like I was going only 5 over. I call it road rage. If no one on the road matters to them, I cannot imagine they are any better at the shop. Will never do business with them.

Watch out for there drivers they road rage like no other. I didnt let a driver go in feont of me from a parking lot by a red light because no one wants to be behind a massive slow truck, so the guy floored it right onto my ass. I was doing 47 in a 40 he must of been at 60 or 65 to catch up. I called the manager and he actually started to defend the trucker saying I must of cut him off. I was like ok so you approve of your guy risking my life and my kids life ok buddy F**k off.

Went to get my back tail light fixed after getting hit. They fixed the light but never put the LIGHT BULB IN! I got pulled over for having a "burn out tail light". You guys had one job.. fix my tail light... REX never checked to make sure there employees a did a quality job. Never go here unless you want to gamble your cars future

These clowns once owned coast to coast hot tubs. They went out if business. In my opinion they lost their business because of poor customer service. Did I mention they are liars as well. I would never hire Rex or trust them.

Never done business with them but got cut off one time by a driver when a lane was merging. Guys drive like a bunch of assholes. Just because your trucks are big, doesnt mean you are!
