I have been using these guys for 5-8 yrs, and have brought in numerous cars. I called Bill Olson because my bumper on my Suburban was damaged, I went in for an estimate which was $1227 for a new bumper. I called back and said can you fix it or repair it. He said sure for approx. $200. I bring my Suburban in to get the work done. When I got the bill I was amazed that it was $668. He said the $200 was only for the repair not all of the work & labor. He never mentioned any other prices except for $200. Whether he out right lied to me or forgot to mention the other costs I do not know. It was my mistake that I did not get it in writing first, but I trusted Bill since I had done work with him before. I will never use this company again. If you elect to still use Bill Olson make sure everything is in writing, so he cannot misinform you over the phone.

Ive been coming to Cary Autobody for a little over a year now. The first time I came here was when my car had been hit and my insurance company directed me to them. However, since that visit Ive returned many times. (Car is at that age where it all goes.) and theyve always been very helpful. I would suggest Cary Auto Body to anyone who has any car needs, theyre the best mechanics around and they dont take me for a ride. That being a fairly important point for me considering I dont know a great deal about cars.

Always a great experience when dealing with Bill. From a simple oil change or something more complex like the complete paint and repair job done when I had hail damage all over my car. Hes always done my repair and maintenance work, and hes always done a great job at a fair price! I wouldnt recommend anyone else but Bill Olson
