I have had an awful experience at one of your locations. Back in April some hit my 2015 Jeep Wrangler and I need to have some body work done on it. I worked with State Farm and based on my location and the reviews I read online, I figured I would go to your location in Elgin, IL. I spoke with Eddy, who I believe was the manager, and he was great. Its a new car (only 10,000 miles on it) and Eddy made me feel comfortable and confident that it would be fixed quickly and the right way. He assured me that they were using all Mopar parts and it would be like new. After I got it home, I noticed the bumper wasnt level. So my husband took it back and asked them to fix it. They told him that they would have to order a completely new bumper and some other part underneath... alluding to the fact that it wasnt done right the first time. Ok, frustrating, but I get it mistakes happen. So then they said they were ordering what they needed and they would call us. No call. We tried contacting them once a week... and we kept getting a "hell call you back" with no call back. This we on for 2 MONTHS!!! Until finally they say they have the part in and we arranged to drop it off Tuesday 10/4. They tell us it might take a day or two and theyll call us. So yesterday... Friday 10/7 I get a voicemail (even though my husband has been dealing with this because I have been out town, and they say they ordered the wrong part, the correct one is on back order till 10/12. Are you kidding me? So either these guys are jerking us around, or they really dont know what theyre doing. Its ridiculous. To the customer it feels like you guys got paid by my insurance company, and now you have no urgency in fixing YOUR mistake. Due to the level of service I have received, I dont even want them working on my car anymore. I am extremely dissatisfied, and plan on contacting my insurance company and the Better Business Bureau.

Had my car fixed here recommended and payed for by Farmers Insurance. When I picked my car up it was raining so I took a quick look, looked ok, and left the lot. At first glance everything seemed ok but a few days after I picked up my car I noticed my bumper (which they were supposed to fix) wasnt aligned properly. There were large gaps that werent there before which were only noticable up close. I called them immediately and I told them I would bring it in the next day. Unfortunately I wasnt able to make in until a few days after. Within those dew days I pulled up to far on a parking block and scraped the bottom of my bumper a bit. When I finally took it in. I talked to the guy who sits behind the desk and he was automatically in defense mode and very uneasy to talk to. He blamed everything on the parking block which I was honest about but I know for a fact the gaps were there before. I explained to him that I have have mistakingly drove up too far on parking blocks before and I havent had this problem. He still refused to do anything. My mistake was not finding the time to go in as soon as I saw the problem. My Nissan doesnt and will never look the same! Unhappy with this experience and would recommend everyone to examine their car closely before you leave the lot and if theres a problem take it back immediately!

State Farm had my truck towed here. While it was here, there was equipment in my truck stolen out of the box. Abra refuses to accept responsibility, stating they just share space with the car dealership and theyre in charge of the security/footage. They claim this, yet they have their own section gated and walled off from them. I called and informed them of this, and while they never got hostile, they basically shrugged off everything. The manager spoke to me a week ago, seemingly surprised and assured me hed find out what he could and then call me back as soon as he knew what happened. I called 4 days later, and the assistant said she would have him call me. 3 days later, I call again for an update, and he tells me Im just barking at him and goes on about how hes a nice guy and checked the footage an no one took anything. If he actually checked the footage and saw nothing, youd think hed call back and inform me. Summed up: Dont bring your car to a body shop that wont care for it when its in their possession.

If I could give zero stars, Id definitely do it. First, I was quoted and told that the repairs to my hail damaged car would take max 10 days. I asked if they could order parts ahead of time while I work and used my car. They stated "No problem, we can get that done." I dropped my car off a week later expecting them to have parts and they stated that it would take no more than 10 days again. My mistake in assuming that they had parts at location. After the drop off, 3 days later they called and said they had just received the car parts. To top it all off, its been about 12-13 days, I called, after being told I would be updated on my car every Tuesday and Friday, and they stated that theyll have it all done in the next week or so. So a 10 day max repair taking over 20 something days?!!? And yes I accounted for weekends and Labor Day. Disappointed in this, please go somewhere else for business for repairs!!!!

Extremely fast. Everything was very organized with my appointment and the manager of the location spoke with me directly when I picked up the vehicle and answered all of my questions. I hope that I am not in an accident anytime soon but If I need a touch up or talking to someone who could use the service, I would not hesitate to give ABRA a call.

Mario did an excellent job replacing my shattered window. Very prompt, job done right, and all the glass cleaned out. The first glass they got was scratched so they preemptively arranged to come back the next day with a new one. 5 stars for not skipping any corners like many auto shops Ive worked with and paying attention to detail.

Excellent customer service. Provided regular text updates as well as calls regarding progress. Eddie is the best, very easy to work with. Both he and Eric (manager) put me at ease about my car. Definitely recommend them if/when you need body work!!
