This is a very belated review, but my experience still bugs me to this day. I brought my car here last year for body work after an accident. They were right down the street and I knew that they dealt with imports and exotics, so I figured they would do a good job for me. I, unfortunately do not drive a Ferrari or Lambo, so I suppose I am not subject to the same stellar service that is being described by many others. To Geneva Body Shop, my car was just a side job they would throw a wrench at every few days between Porsches. It took them over a month to basically paint a bumper for me. They did not prep or apply a primer and within a month the paint just started to come off in huge pieces. They put new headlight bulbs in.. except that in one low-beam socket they put in a 9005 bulb which caused the connector to completely melt. I do not understand how it could have been an accident, because the guides on the bulb do not even match the socket- it had to be forced in. I told them that the car had a parasitic draw, and they didnt even think to disconnect the battery or throw a trickle on it. Instead, they just let it sit and die- and consequently over the next month of dead starts, the starter went out. They made me pay for it. On the smaller side, they threw out my emblem for the bumper (a 30 dollar piece.) Bob said he would call about replacing it, but never did. He also tried to, perhaps unintentionally, rip me off big time on parts. I dont know if his source was just overpriced or if he was just trying to mark up the parts- but it was way, way off. I generally liked the people there, but it was just too clear that they didnt care about my car or my business. Im sure if it was a Ferrari, they would have done it right. Basically, if youre not bringing in a 100k+ car, I do not recommend the Geneva Body Shop.

I took my work van in to this place for an estimate to fix the side door. The owner took care of me personally and wrote the estimate. The door needed to be replaced and I was worried that I would be without the van for several days because that is what all of the other shops told me. They suggested that they get the door, paint it and and that I return with the van when that part of the job was done and they would install it in a couple of hours. That is what they did and it saved me a ton of $$$$. I would definitely recommend this body shop.

Very responsive, go well above and beyond and have superior quality. They took phenomenal care of my Ferrari! Will definitely do business here again.
