Had small dent in tailgate that needed repair. They did a good job on dent repair but first time I touched plastic cap on tailgate it popped off. Come to find out they broke the plastic clips and called it together *see photo. Not very professional I called them to explain what happened and I was told "sorry you can buy a new one from us for $75 and we can put it on" quick search online part is $35 and snaps into place! Also noticed small imperfection on what they painted this I was much less concerned about. *EDIT Abra has since replaced trim peace with new one and has taken care of the issues Thanks for resolving the issue Pete.
