Drove from DeKalb I called a bunch of shops early in the morning on Saturday and this place was the first one to have someone pick up- and be open on the weekends as well so I went in and had a fair estimate. Rual took care of a deep dime sized overall diameter and got my car waxed and polished. It was a bit of a challenge finding where the shop was located but just drive around the back once you turn into that industrial center street. Its right next to design dundee llc custom job/machine shop. Overall highly satisfied with the job done to my 08 Accord Coupe v6 - he will post some pics on the website eventually. I highly recommend coming here if you work all week and only available on the weekends.

I cannot be more satisfied with their service and the repair they did on my Genesis Coupe. Before I came here, I brought my car into 4 other paintless dent repair shops and they either gave me a high price, said they cannot fix it, or said they could only fix 85% of the dent since the dent was too close to the body line. Raul gave me a reasonable price and said he could fix it. And the results is speechless. I dont even know where the dent was. No traces. I would definitely recommend these guys to my friends and family. And I would definitely come back to get any other dents fixed. Raul and the other employees were courteous, nice, and professional.

Very satisfied with the work done by Raul. I live in Sycamore and drove to East Dundee just for an estimate on a pretty large dent. Wasnt expecting to get any work done right there and then. When Raul explained all that had to be done and gave me a price, I was sold. He is a perfectionist at what he does and takes pride in his craft. My Lexus is back to its original glory. Being a female, I dread getting quotes and estimates because I feel like some people take advantage of situations. Thanks Raul! Hopefully I wont be in to see you soon but if I do have to come back to your shop, I know my car will be in good hand.

Pro Paintless Dent Repair in East Dundee did a great job on fixing the hail damage on my Santa Fe. It was fixed within two days. The inside was cleaned and the outside was washed and waxed. Raul was very nice to work with, and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. The price quotes were also very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone!

raul was wonderfull on helping me with my car. it was a very tough spot to remove the dent but he was able to remove the dent. i was told by other bodyshops that it wasnt repairable and that it would cost around 600 to fix. he has good prices and his customer service is great. i highly recomend taking your car here for any repairs.

I had a dent and peeled paint on the side and bumper of my new Mercedes. They fixed it like a new, and in a very short time. It took only two days, while other dealer told me that it would take three to four days. Price was very reasonable too. I absolutely recommend this shop for your cars body. Totally satisfied!

I have a 2011 MDX that had a bad crease on my front door. He took it out completely! He took my car in right away and in about an hour and a half I was on my way. He charged a fair price and made my car look like it never had a crease. You would be crazy to take your car anywhere else for dentless repair work.

I had a dent on my G37x on the front quarter panel, in a tough spot (part of it was less than an inch from the edge by the door). It couldnt be reached from behind, either. Raul worked hard on it, and the results were great - it looks like new. Thanks, Raul! Would definitely come back again.

Excellent work! There a lot of companies out there that do not know or do paintless repair. Not these guys! Reasonable, fair, and competitive pricing. They dont over charge like most other businesses. I will always bring my vehicles to them.
