I have to start this review off by saying that I am extremely particular when it comes to my car...some would call it eccentric. My car has been to Tri City Auto several time this year (not my fault) and have always been thrilled with the end results. Dan and his team do a great job taking care of the customer and more importantly (in my opinion) the car. I have a metallic flake paint job (brilliant silver) and know it can be a bit more difficult to work with than regular paint. Nevertheless, the guys do and awesome job each and every time. Most recently I found several scratches that appeared pretty deep (enough to catch my finger nail on and about 3-4" long or so all in the same area), took it over to Dan and gave me a quote for around $500.00 (which to me it was worth it to bring the vehicle back to showroom condition). When I got the call to pick it up my bill was $50.00. I said there must have been some mistake, my quote was for $500.00. The guy helping me made a call to Dan and he confirmed that the scratches were in the clear coat and they were able to buff them out safely. I couldnt believe it. Most places would have still charged me the $500.00 to do the work. Dan and his crew are honest and professional guys that do top notch work. I wouldnt hesitate bringing my car back to them again.

Absolutely flawless experience! I did not have to worry about anything, they worked with the insurance, took care of the car rental. I just had to show up to drop off and pick up my car. Repairs look amazing! Thank you Tri-City!
