took my vehicle here for repairs when my 2016 Chevy Cruze was rear ended and they did follow up periodically, but that was not the issue when I went in to pick up my vehicle I noticed my screen was black and white when I know its color the first thing the representative said well we did not touch the camera, Im like okay, that is not how it was when I brought it in, I got annoyed because he was dealing with me and another customer at the same time so I went inside the facility and the manager came out, right away he said the same thing hmm thats strange we never even touched it .. and said are you sure its not black and white... Like really I think i know my car... annoyed I waited while they called Chevy to verify i did have a color rear camera because apparently my word wasnt enough... when they told him I was correct, he comes out and says oh would you like to take it to Chevy so they can reprogram it for you.... Mind you I was already picking up my car during my lunch time... I REFUSED A BODY SHOP SHOULD ALWAYS RETURN YOUR CAR THE SAME WAY YOU GAVE IT TO THEM ITS THERE RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK OVER EVERYTHING, ESPECIALLY AFTER THE INSURANCE PAYED OVER 11,000 DOLLARS TO FIX !! AND I THOUGHT GOING WITH A BIG NAME BODY SHOP WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA!! Never again !!

Two stars for being fast and cheap. But you get what you pay for. -1 for the glass installer who left garbage including sharp metal pieces all over my driveway that my kid picked up and started to play with. -1 for standing on my painted front bumper with muddy shoes to reach the windshield. -1 because there were some plastic pieces that broke and instead of telling me he threw them into the bushes to hide them. Time will tell if the installation will hold up. Good luck if you decide to use them

My father and I took our car to this place for minor dings and dents. They ended up fixing them and repainting the parts but to a complete different color. Now we have fenders and bumpers not matching the rest of the car. We asked to have the parts repainted to the rest of the cars color. Their say was that some Honda bumpers are just like that and dont match the car. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED. Poor quality work. They werent rude but they just didnt seem to care and acknowledge their mistake.

horrible experience. Gerber took 3 weeks to make repairs. 1 month later the part they fixed failed. I went to Gerber to have them look at the vehicle. They turned me away saying it was not their error. I took it to another shop and they could clearly see that what Gerber said they had replaced and fixed had not been replaced or fixed. crooked crooked establishment.

Very high priced place. I got price form for other reputable glass shops and I was told $180 for the glass install where these people want almost $400 for that glass install if that isnt a rip-off that I dont know what that is. Is a person why are you price so high because you using the same glass you said that is how their pricing that is all her answer was.

Great experience, came to my job site, took about 30 minutes, clean and good price for what I needed. Entire front windshield.
