Im glad everyone else got lucky here, but I didnt at my Round Lake location. First, they slotted me at the wrong time for an estimate appointment because their headquarters system couldnt calculate the fact that I was in central time zone so they scheduled me 1 hour late. Then when i get there and sit and wait like its some doctors office, the body guy (Scott in I think) didnt seem to care one bit about me or my car, and we left with him saying "Ill see what we can do, Ill call back when insurance contacts me back." I waited 2 weeks and NO phone call back. Quite rude and unprofessional. I looked it up eventually at an online claim from my insurance and it was in fact all done and quoted, estimated 4-5 days to be fixed. Okay, fine, seems great, I thought, all they have done now is just not care. I called back to set up a day to drop off and the reception lady said they could fit me in on like 2 specific days of the week and that it would take 9-10 days to fix! TEN days to fix a rear quarter panel dent? And why two specific work week days only? Absolutely embarrassing for a body shop. Poor customer service, lack of care, and long time to fix. How bad are their skills if it takes 10 days to fix a 12 inch parking lot-induced scrape/dent. I never called them back and I took my car to a great body shop on Rollins road in Round Lake Beach, where they fixed my car in nearly HALF the time and were friendly. I was shocked at how friendly and normal and competent other places are by comparison.

Brought my E46 BMW 3 Series in after I had originally had the body work done by one of their competitors just up the street. The Situation with the last body shop had soured me to a point as to where I didnt even want the car anymore. I was so fed up. After contacting USAA, they immediately set up the appointment with Gerber in Round Lake. I brought the car in and I had 2 gentlemen going over the car with a fine toothed comb with me addressing every flaw, imperfection and overall shoddy work done to the car. They seemed concerned with addressing my concerns about the work done and why I was on this merry-go-round with the last shop. I am thoroughly Impressed. It was fixed, Fixed right and fixed the first time. I would Highly recommend them.

I usually dont bother to write reviews but I was very impressed with my entire experience and was compelled to share! From appraisal to pick-up and all communication in-between I was thoroughly impressed. They also kept me informed the whole time of everything going on. Usually I feel like I have to call "places" but in this experience I didnt even think of it because they let ME know before I even thought of it. Everyone was very friendly and the work was at a very reasonable price and VERY impressive what they were able to do as far as body-work. Looks GREAT! I can NOT think of one thing that I would suggest they change. Best "customer experience" Ive had in a LONG time.

Great place, they were very nice and professional. Gave me updated information throughout the process. They delivered it back to me looking amazing and ahead of schedule. The most impressive thing that really meant alot to me is they cleaned the inside and detailed it for me. I wasnt expecting them to do that for me at all and if thats something they always do then Ill be the first to say I really appreciate it and whoever did it did a phenomenal job and I know it was dirty and there was crap in all the pockets too. Thankyou so much for everything your team is great!!!!

I have had my vehicles there for body work several times with no complaints. I recently just had my truck fixed this past week. The repair looked great and only took two days! They have no trouble matching even the hardest paint colors! I have recommended this body shop to all my family and friends.

Had my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer in for repair, frist got a free rental car! Was told it would take 12 days to finish. They got it done in 5 days and also did some extra work on scratchs on my bumper for no extra charge, Fantastic work, looks brand new. Would recommended this shop BIG TIME to anyone
