A man with a hurt heart 3/21/17 A Crook There was once a time I felt full. I had a very well working car and my life was going great. One day I got in an accident and I could only see the other passenger of the car I collided with. It was a little boy that had a tshirt on that had white and red shading on it. I could not make out the actual driver, until it was way too late When I awoke from the crash it was a dark, misty night. It was in the middle of the summer and the fog was very heavy. The policemen informed me that they could not find the driver of the vehicle. I was a little too concerned with my own well being to think about the credentials of the other individual. I soon later found out that the car that crashed into me was a renter car of the small auto body shop in Island Lake, Illinois. The car rented to the person was in very bad condition and shouldve never been driven by anyone. I soon found out that young boy in the passenger seat suffered great injuries.. I soon to develop a relationship with this boy in the hospital because somehow I felt this was my fault. I was there with his mother. She was crying every time I visited since her husband just recently passed away as well. The boy’s name was Jim. Jim was in a very deep comma and we did not know when he would wake up. Her name was Susan. It mightve been wrong of me but I found her very beautiful. We spent many days together and we would hope and pray for Jim’s quick recovery. We soon talked outside of the visits and even formed a relationship together after months. One late night I decided to stay the night at the hospital. I dont know why I decided to , but I felt like being with Jim that night. It was pitch black in the hospital that night and I could not fall asleep on the small couch they gave to me. I opened my eyes to see a very shiny circular figure in the room with us. I thought I was dreaming until I smelled hard liquor and tobacco. I opened my eyes and I could not believe what I saw. It was Louie sharp. The reason Jim was in that bed.. I felt rage inside of me. Why was he here? He attacked jim and pulled his cord out. I attacked him but he smashed me and took me out. I will never forget what I saw that night..and I hope it never happens to anyone else. Please please Im begging all of you plz plz theres a better man in island lake that can work on your cars... message me for info..bald kid with a brother .. Avoid this man at all costs. I know a much better man that will get the job done in island lake. Louie is very underhanded and should not be taken lightly

I am so very happy that I asked Mr. Sharp to take a look at my auto, thinking that the damage to the vehicle was relatively minor and not worth making a claim to my insurance. Louie took the car to his shop to fully inspect the damage and helped me understand that although there was minor cosmetic change, the damage to the bumper system would require a full replacement and repair of the bumper unit. Everyone that I dealt with at his company, especially Barbara were professional, courteous, and helpful. I was always updated to the process and time frame from start to finish of the repairs. What made my experience with Louie Sharp most memorable and forever has cemented my trust in future referrals to his company, was my experience when the car was delivered to my office in exchange for the free loaner car. It was the end of a very long week, during a period of time where personally I was feeling felt pretty beaten up inside. When I saw the car I realized that not only did they perform the auto body repair at an excellent level of quality, but they had detailed the car for me as well. The car looked better and was cleaner inside and out then when I purchased it at the dealer. Immediately I felt the cares and concerns of the week go away, and I felt special that someone really cared about their work and the person they were doing the work for. When my 4 year old daughter entered the car, the first thing she said is, “mmm Daddy it smells like gummy bears.” With all the current activity in my life at the time when the auto was turned over to Louie Sharp, I can assure you the inside of my car did not smell like gummy bears. If you ever have a need for any auto body repairs, or for that matter need you car detailed, my highest recommendation is Louie Sharp of Sharp Auto Body. Thanks again for a job well done, Dr. Mark J. We brought our car into Sharp Auto Body (November 2012) because of damage to the back-end of our car sustained in a minor traffic accident. Allstate made the recommendation and I couldnt be happier with the service and work that they did. When we dropped off the car they put us in a loaner car immediately, we didnt have to wait or schedule for the loaner. Sharp Auto Body provided us with constant updates every Monday, Wednesday and Friday of exactly what was going on, they did not leave any details out and explained the entire process to us. Everyone in the office was friendly and social, this is not typical when you deal with auto mechanics and body shops, so that made us feel good they were the ones working on our car. I highly recommend Sharp Auto Body, if the situation arises we will use them again.

Louie has fixed two cars for me. One is actually my sons car and the other is a PT Cruiser which is a business car. Both times Louie provided a detailed estimate of the work, followed through as planned, and kept us up to date on progress. He provides free rentals, will pick your car up (or tow it if necessary) and drop your car off when the repair is completed. What more can you ask for? If you have a dent or a wrecked car you should experience the standard of excellence of Sharp Auto Body. You wont settle for less in the future.

My car had been hit from the back and I was terrified as I had never been in an accident prior to that. I called Louie at Sharp Auto Body and he assured me I would be in good hands. The estimate was done swiftly, a rental car was given to me and off I went. I was kept up to date on the status of my repairs by the ladies in the office at Sharp Auto Body. The work was done great, and I could not ask for a better experience. Thank you to the entire Sharp Auto Body staff on a job well done.

We have used Sharp Auto Body more than once and every time the service and results were outstanding. One job was a substantial repair following an accident. Louie provided a loaner car and the finished product was beautiful. Another job was very small and took only one day, but nevertheless, free pickup and delivery (to my workplace) and a free loaner car! I plan to treat myself to a detail there very soon.
