So I rented a game on 2 separate occasions and both times the game did not work. The first time I brought it back the lady that was working told me the game had been reported before as not working and that she would pull it from the sheaf.So a couple of weeks later I rent the game again hoping that there would be no problems and again the game is not working.so I call the store explain that the game is not working and the guy working cut me off by saying its not the same disc and was just very rude also not saying sorry that the game is not working just cutting to bring the game back so Ill be taking my business elsewhere after I get my money back

I give them 3 stars. They started out very nice , however in the past year a lot of the discs Ive rented are scratched and when I brought them back and informed them of the skips, the staff person accused me of trying to get free rentals. Ive never asked for free rentals...only to have the disc replaced with an alternate one.

ive lived in Dekalb, Elgin, and Carpenterville and no video store is like this one. The half off membership is the best! The staff will always make time for you. My only problem is that there are not more Family Video Stores.

Love customer service here and with the new pizza joint in the same building it makes for an awesome one stop shop for family night, hanging with friends, or family video and chill night.
