Worst haircut experience ever. And I have been to hair salons all over the world: Europe, Asia, South America, to mention a few. I have never met a hairstylist lacking professionalism as the one who cut my hair today. Not only I did not get what I asked for, when I told the hairstylist that what she had just done with my hair wasnt what I had asked, she rudely replied: Listen, this is what I do for a living. And instead of trying to fix it to my liking, she started trying to persuade me that what I really want is what she had just done. I am a person who is not used to being treated like an idiot. I will never go back to this place, and I recommend you dont go there either. I actually regret being a decent person at sometimes, because to avoid more cumbersomeness I just paid and left. I wish I had the courage to stand up for myself and declined to pay.

I have been going to this salon for a while. However, I just got one of the worst hair cut experience in my life today. Stay away from a stylist named Charise!!! She claimed to have 10 years of experience but I dont think she has what it takes to charge $45 per hair cut. When shes cutting my hair, I felt shes pulling my hair out on every stroke. When shes using the clipper on my hairline at the back, I felt shes trying to cut my neck off - it did leave red marks on my skin, and it burnt when I was shampooing. When it comes to getting the style right, shes criticizing me for not being able to articulate what I want. Finally, it’s the attitude problem - she asked me to just pay and leave. I did promise her that I would never, ever want her to touch my hair again!!!

The front desk is very welcoming and super polite. I love Rochelle, she always does an amazing job with eyebrow waxing. I used to come here for haircuts, but the hair stylist I would go with left. And a different girl cut my hair and didnt listen when I wanted to get my bangs cut. She said I couldnt get bangs because I had a cowlick? Although Ive had them in the past. Other than that, I love coming here!

I recently moved to the area and had to find a new stylist which is very scarey. Michael Graham was my first and only try. The place is fun and upbeat and my stylist does a wonderful job and they are not overpriced. She takes her time and I am always pleased with the result.

Everyone there is super friendly! I see Jessica for nails (she always does a great job) and Sue for hair (she always does a great job, too)! Both ladies are super personable, as well as all the other staff members. It is a very nice salon.
