My 17 year old daughter went here for a haircut - the girl took a phone call in the middle of the service then came back seemed to be very angry and proceeded to practically rip her hair out by the roots. Then on top of it all charged $25 - yes $25 - to blow dry her hair - not blow dry and straighten w/a flat iron - just to blow dry. When I called to complain she said that she told her it would be that much and it took her 30 minutes to blow dry her curly hair straight..I said her hair isnt curly, she said to her it was curly and to blow dry curly hair straight it was $25. I told her that the last time we had the exact same service done by Lisa the manager, she only charged $25 total and she said she couldnt go by what was done previously. All that was done was a trim - less than 2 inches off the ends, shampoo and blow dry. They charged her $15 for shampoo and cut, $10 for long hair (which I get her hair is long) and $25 to blow dry it out. I told her I would be calling tomorrow to speak to the manager about this - total ripoff - might as well have gone to Mario Tricocci for that kind of money. If I could give ZERO Stars I would - too bad too - Lisa the manager was very nice the last time my daughter was in. Maybe you just have to have a manager who cares about the business do your hair to get good reasonable service.

This place SUCKS! Went in with the boyfriend for a haircut. Was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. Okay, thats reasonable for no appointment service. However, the two ladies working that afternoon were both finished with their customers but decided it was a great time to go to the back by the shampoo bowls and chat it up with each other and completely forget we were there. Never going back!

I have had a horrible cut and my color was done in a sloppy manner. A glob of color left on my neck so it looked like a hickey! It seems that theyve hired better stylist. I would recommend either Kamila (?) or Maria who is newer to the location at 135/Weber. Great color and a very nice cut

Mallory was amazing she gave me the best haircut I have ever had. I told her my hair was too heavy and thick and needed to lighten it up without taking too much from the length and she suggested several different things ! I am in love with my hair and dident even break the bank.

Worse place to go for haircut, was told 10 minute delay. After 1.5 hours waiting and still told 10 minutes, we left without service. They deserve 0 stars. Anywhere else is better, dont bother going there
