Hahaha! First thing you need to remember about an old-time experience is that not everything was so great back then. Looking back now, one of my favorite childhood memories was being traumatized for an entire weekend after getting a way-too-short haircut by an old codger in a barber shop. Thought I was going in for a Regular Boys Haircut, and I got something out of Camp Lejeune instead. Ah, memories ... Those who complain about their haircuts need to get over to the beauty shoppe. Or man up. Ricks place is the perfect place for a haircut. IMO its a little pricey, but sos the place across the street, which I went to once about eight years ago; I then tried Ricks and never looked back ...

Probably OK for a basic/simple haircut but pricy for the quality of haircut I experienced. I‘ve had my hair cut at Rick’s twice with mixed results. The first time the cut was well done, just not quite what I’d asked them to do. Since the first cut was OK I thought I’d give them a second chance. The second time I tried a different barber and would have to say that this was one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. The hair was uneven and the sides and the top didn’t blend together at all. I did point out some of the areas that needed some additional touching up, but each modification he made just made things worse so I gave up, paid and left. I definitely won’t be going back.

July, 2017 Still going to Ricks and still no complaints. I always go on Tuesday mornings and never have to wait at all. They are closed on Sundays and Monday. They open at 9:30 (or thereabouts) on Tuesday. I am really glad a place like this is still around. **** Ya know....if you are not that into hair styles and you just want a good cut, Ricks is the place to go. No, you will not be a fashion-plate when you leave, but you will look solid. Rick & Co do great cuts and you will exit the place "ready to wear". Solid prices, nice people, good cuts. It is why I have been going to them for 5+ years. Including this morning....seriously!

I have been going to Eduardo for a regular haircut for many years. He does a great job. On the rare occasion that Eduardo isnt there, Im glad to have Rick cut my hair. The price is very fair and the wait is usually short.

My Dad goes here and my brother-in-law went and had a good experience, so I thought Id try it. Me? The barber cut my ear, I bled for 20 minutes, and then he still charged me full price for the haircut.
