Awful experience. Tried using John Greene 3 times. Each time a different realtor. Each time same result. Non existent service. We were in the market for a rental and it appears thats not worth their time at all. No response at all when you ask about a property. I understand rentals are less profit and less commission but you should treat each client the same. We went elsewhere and found a great place. When we are ready to buy, we will go back to that realtor. Something John Greene seems to not grasp. Treat your customers well, no matter the size of the commission and you can potentially gain many more through referrals. Hate to be negative here but they only care about the $$. Look at the reviews, the good ones are from employees, not clients. Very disappointed.

I run a local and family owned Bathtub Refinishing business. We were contacted by Katie shields in regards to refinishing a bathtub. On the scheduled date to have the bathtub refinished, Katie and or no one else was at the home to let us in. Originally Katie contacted us and seeked out our service. We made arrangements for the work to be performed but like stated above no one showed.... we tried to contact Katie several times but no reply. What aggravates us the most is the simple phone she didnt even make to either cancel the appointment or to reschedule. Common courtesy goes all long way... before you contacted Katie I would look else if you value your time. I know I do. Thanks.

I can only give them 1 star because there is no option for 0. Lori Gaul took our listing and she tried, but when we got feedback that a room is too dark, she told us to repaint, basement has too many walls told us to knock down some walls. LOL that after we moved she simply texted us and dropped us without any explanation. We had to come back and start searching. She "tried" for couple of years. So we called Barvian Realty. They were awesome, courteous and went above and beyond to sell our home, and sold our home in just 4 months. So dont waste your time calling John Green Realtors. They dont care

I used to work for another company and when I came to john greene, I was floored by the amount of support, training and excitement from the staff. 1 year later, I have yet to find anything to complain about, I am so happy to be here. Absolutely terrible. Im on the purchasing end and John Greene is the listing agent. Two weeks to closing and we are still negotiating. The lack of communication from them is unprofessional and quite frank ignorant. I would never use them to list my properties and to be honest avoid homes listed by them like the plague. Worst real estate company to deal with and this is my 4th home purchase.
