I was told I didnt need an appointment, I am Bulgarian, I got there at 9:15 and still hadnt been seen at 10:46, I was the 2nd person in there and every person of African American persuasion were allowed to go in front of me, they are obviously racist. When I called had I been told I needed an appointment or would be waiting and hour and a half I would have made an appointment, I asked 5 people that had came out if they had appointments and they said no, its obvious this was a racial issue!! I called Shortys Barbershop, got right in, he was extremely customer oriented and got the best haircut and shave. I recommend Shortys to anyone looking for a good Barbershop!

terrible customer service. If you dont make an appointment, they will not even look at you in the eyes. Also the haircut was not worth the wait. Each time i went there i was disappointed.
