Ordered my food. I sat there waiting by the counter for the food to be ready and some lady I presume to be the manager is leaning over the counter watching the employees. She kept yelling at them and you could tell one of the employees was new, so instead of showing her how to correctly make food she sat there yelling at her on what she was doing wrong. The lady then takes the bag rummages through it and shout my name. I get home and the whole order is messed up. Honestly one of the worst customer experience Ive had.

Clean with a very friendly staff. When asking questions about the menu employees were very quick to explain items and offer suggestions. Great customer service and very accommodating to a customized order. Jodi was super sweet and full of compliments. Hey manager...if you are reading she could use a raise on her pay. Perfect employee.

This Panera is excellent and in a great location. The nice vibe and warmth makes it feel unique, like my grandmas kitchen. My only complaint would be the parking is a bit tight and the back street is full of holes and dumpsters from other establishments there.

My fave Panera! We went for our church fundraiser. I had delicious corn chowder and strawberry salad, and my husband had tortellini and chicken pasta bowl. Then we each ate a 99 cent pastry! Such a deal. Love their coffee and lemonade as well.

This is great and delicsios,a couple years ago brought my dad over and his favorite was the broccoli bread,so after that he could nt walk so home delivery and in august 8 2016 he paased away so now im have his broccoli plate.MIS U DAD.

A corporate flagship store. They have yet to mess an order up. Clean, cozy, good healthy food and dessert! Ordering kiosk makes ordering almost error free, plus its a good way to skip the line.

Worst Panera ever. Super slow drive thru... Cashier has no idea whats on the menu. Terrible and lazy service. Do yourself a favor and go to any neighboring restaurants.

Good food most of the time, but overpriced. One time I went there I paid 20 bucks for some Chicken Fettuccini. The chicken tasted like literal hotdogs. Never again.
