Had a cracked windshield after rear bumper cover was replaced. Vissers employee stated that he noticed a small rock crack( maybe an eighth of an inch by Vissers photo) and that when my vehicle was painted the small crack spread to a 12 inch crack. I was never informed of this even after talking to this employee on the phone twice and 2 email messages. I did not noticed any crack to my vehicles windshield and the Vissers employee did an inspection prior to the bumper cover repair.
