JonDec is the yardstick by which we now measure all companies. In the last 3 years, they have painted our entire home, inside and out and our house and pool decks. They’re the best painting company we’ve used in the last 20 years. John is the ultimate professional with an extremely well-organized, full-time painting business. He is prompt and reliable and generally provides immediate estimates. John is fair and takes great care of not only his new customers but goes out of his way to reward his loyal customers too. JonDec only uses quality products and insures that the teams are up-to-date on all of the newest techniques and products. We appreciate that they offer earth friendly products. We always feel that we are getting our moneys worth and more from Jondec because of the quality work and products. We especially appreciate that we are always assigned to Wayne and his industrious crew. Working with JonDec is just one of the best customer service experiences one could hope for. They arrive on time, work steadily and neatly throughout the time they are in our home. They show complete respect for us, our belongings and our home. Drop cloths are utilized and every piece of furniture is carefully moved, covered, and then replaced by the crew. They’ve painted regular and faux finish, repaired drywall and water damage, removed wallpaper, and repaired crack and nail pops. These guys are true craftsmen. They are always patient, polite and reassuring. The team cleaned up throughout the day and upon leaving each room. These guys are terrific craftsmen and they couldnt be more polite and respectful. We really feel that they treat our home as if it were their own. Its hard to have ones home invaded but these folks make it about as painless as one could hope for. As long as JonDec remains in business, they will be our painting company.

From start to finish it was an excellent experience. John (the owner) showed up to do the initial quote. He was available quickly, and arrived on-time. My first impression was that he looked professional and was generally a really nice guy. It was clear he had a deep understanding of paints, stains, and how to apply them, including the prep work necessary to make sure the application will last. Im not a very handy guy, so I always feel a little helpless when I need any kind of work on my house done. However, based on Johns demeanor and expertise I felt as though I could trust him to do a good job. He took some measurements, and said hed email me a quote. I received the quote within a day, and we agreed on a price. He said the field supervisor, Matt, would be in touch to discuss scheduling. Matt was in touch within a few days as promised, and was also a very nice, knowledgeable person. He brought some paint so we could try to match my existing paint. I didnt think it was a great match, and asked that we try a few more. Within a day there were 2 more paints for me to choose from - one being a great match. They first scheduled the power washing, then the deck staining, and finally the trim paint. They also installed a piece of trim for me that my builder somehow left off. From the time they began the power washing to the time all of the work was complete was about 10 days, each step taking not more than 1-2 days. They also had to work around some not-great weather. Im extremely happy with the finished product. My deck feels like new, and the house looks great. They showed up when they said they would, they always responded quickly to all of my emails, and they were nice guys to top it off. I will definitely use Jondec again.

Jondec was recommended by a friend of a friend. We feel like we got a gift with this company! They painted our master bedroom, kitchen, laundry room, living and dining rooms and two additional bedrooms. We moved into this house about two weeks before Chris came out to estimate. Most of our things were still in boxes, as we didn’t want to put anything out before painting. So in addition to painting, they had to move furniture and a ton of boxes. They were just great about it. The guys came early and got right to work. The prep work was exact and thorough, taping and covering everything. They let us know when they were leaving for lunch and when they’d be back in the morning. Marco kept us updated on everything. They asked questions to be sure they were doing what we wanted. They gave us advice about paint in a hallway. We are just delighted with the results. Beautifully painted walls and ceilings. It’s a whole new house. We are remodeling the two bathrooms so they are scheduled for paint later in February. We would not consider anyone else to do the job. Everyone we dealt with at Jondec was pleasant, professional and helpful. We would recommend them to anyone who needs painting. You just can’t get better service. Their slogan is really accurate: “The Best Painting Experience From Start To Finish.” That definitely describes our experience with Jondec Painting.

We had two areas of the house that were identified as lead hazards with chipping paint. We also needed our front porch stained/painted. Matt came to the house to give an estimate for the lead paint remediation work, and I also asked for a porch staining/painting estimate. He took a thorough look at what needed to be done, discussed different options with me, provided some stain color samples, and emailed a detailed estimate shortly thereafter (same or next day). His price came in well below another companys and I just got a better feeling about Jondec than the other company from Matts attention to detail and genuine concern that the projects go well. He provided guidance on choosing stain colors, which was very helpful. We were able to schedule the work about two weeks out, which was fine and gave me time to decide on colors. Matt put 3 stain samples on the porch to help us decide. On Day 1 someone came out to power wash the porch. He was prompt, friendly, and professional, and the wood looked brand new. The rest of the work took about two full days with two painters. They were completely professional, accommodating, and did a fantastic job. We are so pleased with all of the work that was done. Jondec made the entire process painless and we would definitely use them again for other painting jobs. Now I smile every time I see our front porch.

Jondecs painting services were on par with some of the best home improvement services Ive come across in my lifetime. I was going through the negoiating phase with multiple painters when I needed to get my one bedroom apartment painted in downtown. In the end, I chose Jondec for a few reasons, which proved to be the correct choice as the service went on. To start, they were very reasonably priced considering they were fully insured and employed highly skilled painters. And they were willing to work with me on the pricing and options. The initial paint job was excellent...excellent. I came to realized I wanted them to paint more of the apartment simply because of the quality of work. But they didnt just come back once more. They came back a total of three times and didnt even charge me extra for the third time. The painter was professional and courteous and very understanding. Im sure it was a pain to come back each time (IN THE CITY) but they were more than happy to. It definetely felt like a family business looking to establish longterm relationships. I appreciate all the help and will be using you in the future!
