This center was once my favorite place for my children. Once the director changed you could feel it in the environment. My 5 year old daughter was hit in the head by a chair and it was so bad that I had to take her to the hospital to have stitches. The new director is rude I very much prefer the old one. I unenrolled my children as a result of her making changes to my account and charging me $600 after I asked her to unenroll my children. If you have a child in school age good luck! They pile all the school age children in one room no matter what their ages are. There are a couple of older children that run that room, when you come to pick up your children its those same older children telling YOU where your children are not the TEACHER! Total madness.

My children previously attended a different daycare, they have now been at Tutor Time for a few months. Since the move, both of my children have been very happy and excited to learn. The staff and teachers have a true love of children! My daughter (in preschool) has learned a phenomenal amount in the months since shes been there! Furthermore, the meals they provide are nutritional and delicious! I recommend this daycare to anyone in the area!

My son has been going to Tutor Time for 4 weeks and is speaking more and asking to go to the potty now. He even seems to look forward to going. The director of the facility, Trina, is also shes very personable, the children adore her, and she conveys an overall sense of warmth... So glad I chose this place after having a bad experience with Kinder Care.

My son started preschool at this location its been an awesome experience, all the staff and teachers are great and caring people, the curriculum is great, my son is so ready for 1st now, very bold and intelligent. I will recommend Tutor time Tinley park, IL to every parent that wants their children to be successful.

Honestly, since the director changed this place is terrible!! Children have been hit by one of the teachers there. Twice now my sons glasses have been broken and I was the one to inform the assistant director, she was completely unaware. I would NEVER recommend this school to anyone.

The school and environment was excellent with old management. The new manager is very unorganized and she is not really sure what she is doing. Last year i would have given this center 5 stars but since the new manager started it is not a family friendly place anymore.

My son has been attending tutor time for about 3 almost 4 years very awesome learning environment great teachers up until management changed know the place is not so welcoming or organized!
