At first I thought I liked this daycare untill I had two teachers gang up on my during a phone call calling me a liar basically. DO NOT USE THIS DAYCARE trust me my daughter went there maybe 8 months ago only for about a two week period she always came home with some new scratch on her or bruise. I assumed it was from playing with the other kids. I was never told by any of the teachers what happened during the day or anything. So finally we left patticake and I left with a credit on my account. I talked to ms. Barnes and she told me that I had to talk with ms. Glass about getting the money returned after I was told that I would get reimbursed. When I have been calling for months and months and everytime ms. Glass said she would call me back she did not. So I called again today and that is when I was teamed up on by both of them and Ms. Barnes completely lied about saying I could get reimbursed. Seriiously why would I take my daughter to daycare on a monday and not the rest of the week if I wasnt told that I would be reimbursed. If they want to lie about something like this imagine what they lie about when your not at the daycare. I would not reccomend this daycare an dI should have listened to the other moms that told me not to use this daycare.

i used to work at the patti cake a few years ago. they fired me for something i didnt do just because i likes to go by the dcfs standards. i was always left in the morning with 20-30 kids by myself. because the teacher that was supposed to come in at 700am was the owners daughter. she never showed up on time. she showed up whenever the hell she felt like it. the owners have no respect for their teachers. talking about teachers behind their back to other teachers how unprofessional. cant come to you directly with problems or issues they have with you. they dont support thier staff in furthering their education. i wouldnt suggest any parent to think about taking their child their. a few of the good places to take a child would be bright horizons and kindercare. something that is a well more named center.

They dont even deserve the 1 star. They are unprofessional and do not take care of children. My son got hurt every other day due to the negligence of the staff and management. Older children bullied younger kids and the teachers were least bothered. Serious hygiene issues. My son will always come thristy from school, because the teachers never bothered to give him his water. Absolutely the worst experience with these people. Especially Miss Glass is most unreasonable person I have interacted with. They will lie on your face about the fee while signing you up and tell you something else when you do decide to sign up. Please be aware parents. If you want your child to be confident and do not want them to suffer here then PLEASE DO NOT send your children here. Your children deserve better.

My children are currently going to Patticake and I couldnt be happier. My kids come home everyday sing songs and talking about their friends and teachers. Before Patticake I had my children in a daycare that was not teaching them anything, but as soon as my kids started Patticake I could see a BIG DIFFERENCE! The teachers take the time out to build special bonds with my children and the children in the class. Its been just over a year, and I would not have it any other way. I love Patticake because my kids love Patticake.

I worked for PattiCake for a few months and Ive never seen a daycare that truly care about the growth and development of each student. Each teacher takes the time to talk to each child and work with them. Most daycare are about the bottom line but PattiCake is about the Children!!!!! Every inspiring to see!
