Im a big fan of Pro Automotive Services in Wood River, IL. Mike took our car in immediately, researched our problem overnight, and when I brought the car back the following day, he fixed it in just a few minutes. Problem solved and no down-time without a car. We couldnt believe how little he charged us! Sure, it was a quick fix for him, but Im pretty sure a dealer would have charged us 10 times as much to do the same thing. Sometimes its hard to find a mechanic you really trust, so Im glad I found these guys. Mike, youve got another loyal customer!

I stumbled on Pro Automotive when I ran over a huge bolt and it stuck in my tire. Mike immediately got me in, repaired my tire, and told me about their other services, including their thorough check-overs with oil changes and the discounts you receive with each oil change. I took my car back to them and both he and Jennifer are super nice, they explain things in a way anyone can understand, the shop is reasonably priced, and they do great work.

Ive been taking my vehicle to Pro Automotive for years and have always been very happy with them. On a recent trip out of town I had to take my van to another Napa center for some work.
