Very impersonal employees and not helpful at all. They recommend going to their website and filling out an online application and then calling them to make sure it is completed. Why even have a branch office if all you need is a computer and internet access? I even asked to fill out the web application at their office but was told "we only have one and its in use but you could do it at home". No offer to wait or anything. Just wanted to shoo me out the door like I was a bother to them! Then they say they will "call you" if anything shows up. They did not offer an information on what jobs were available, no agent who would work with you personally and did not even introduce themselves. I have had better service at Starbucks. They should realize they are providing a service and their jobs depend on treating applicants better than how they are treating them. They should realize, their are at least 9 other employment agencys in the area that a person can choose from. Since they are a "service" type business they should start acting like it and provide better service than their competitors. I am a computer technician with over 6 years experience after college and have used employment agencies in the past several times. (just moved to this area) I do not expect to receive a call from this company. Also, if they have training on customer service skills, I would suggest they send their employees to it!
