The nightmare of hair Had highlights done a whole head the Stylist Alicia Palacios Made a mess out of my hair big chunks of hair highlighted instead of weaved sections my hair was stark white Gold and some blonde started with dark brown wanted to brighten my look but ended up looking like a deranged Mental case she told me not to brush or comb my hair or style it did not show me the back of my head either I walked out to my car and my hair was shedding like a sheep dog in heat The work was not done properly at all I was left under the dryer to long over done I use only professional products in my hair at all times and also a licensed stylist since 1991 Had to cut my hair short and buy expensive Malibu conditioner to treat my hair Never go for a big change on a whim and all stylist are not educated

Do NOT go here! or if you do DO NOT have Jeff do your hair! I showed him a picture of what I wanted, he assured me that he could do it exactly, what I asked for was bright red tips nothing more than that. What I ended up with was all over red, a very dull red. And to top it off the dye job is so terrible that there are strips of blonde showing through the terrible dye job. I cant believe that I paid $85 for something that is so terribly done. I have taken multiple pictures of my hair trying to convince myself "that its just the lights" Its definitely not the lights. Maybe hes better with his regular clientele, but if your new to this salon dont even bother. Im so thankful I didnt have him cut my hair! I cant even imagine the hack job that would be!

Horrible. The lady shaved one of my side burns too far up and didnt even notice it. Then she snipped another part of my hair after she was done. Highly dont recommend this place to anyone.
