One visit, I had a great experience with the manager doing my hair cut. Then when I took my daughter back, another lady was there (not Oliver). I was fine with her washing my daughters hair for the extra $2. What I wasnt ok with was after the cut she proceeded to blow dry her hair, didnt ask if it was ok to do so, then proceeded to charge us $15 for the blow dry. The $10.99 grand opening special (plus the wash charge) turned into $27!! As much as I liked the manager that did my cut, Im not sure we will be back and it is a brand new store.

Great haircut - Busy Saturday, but the line went quick - Great service. I went to Meijer to shop for something when I was in the area and realized they now have a Supercuts there. I decided to check in to get my haircut. They had a 25 minute wait, so I got what I went to Meijer for and then got my hair cut. The service was great. I got a haircut and shampoo. The ladies there were nice, it was clean and I really like the hot towel treatment. Im not sure about the other bad reviews and where theyre coming from.

Great Experience - Not sure about the other reviews. Maybe a different salon? We went in and had a great experience with the entire team there. I didnt see anyone with pink hair in the salon. Its great to be able to go in an get my hair done and shop for a bit in Meijer if there is a wait.
