I asked for a trimmed proof, no rush, and was emailed and told the proof was ready. When I went to pick it up, the proof wasnt trimmed, and it looked terrible. The employee immediately became combative and insisted that the file was messed up and it was all my fault. Well then, thats find, Ill send a bigger file, but if you KNEW the file wasnt high enough quality, why on earth didnt you just respond back to check with me before printing it? Of course, the experience got worse, as she explained that the other customers in the store needed her and were more important than I was, so she turns her back on me, only to have the other two customers say that they werent ready yet. I am assuming that this woman is an owner, as I find it impossible to believe that a business owner would allow an employee to treat customers this way. Thanks for letting me know to never use your print shop. It would appear that you absolutely get what you pay for.

Ryan and the White Rabbit team are just fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure my large printing project was exactly what I wanted at the very best price! You just cant go wrong with these guys. They beat the prices of the big printing companies in town and gave me the customer service of a small print shop, which they are :) Definitely go with them!

The owner has been very friendly and helpful both times Ive had them do some printing. In fact, the owner "bent over backwards" to fix a job I brought in on disk that had a few mistakes (my bad). Also, on a copy job, the price was very low.
