I stupidly stayed with this company through three books and put up with several different problems including books with pages missing, printovers, curling covers and so on. The main problem was communication. The salesperson I dealt with gave me conflicting and confusing information and then would turn vindictive and blame me for any problems caused by his confusing instructions. He seemed to have no knowledge of layout programs or design, so when I had a question, it was impossible to get a straight answer. Sometimes he would just mumble something and walk away. I spent a considerable amount of money with this company, but when I wrote to the owner and asked to be assigned a different salesperson, I recieved no answer. Oh and when they tell you 3 to 4 weeks for delivery, they mean 6 weeks. The whole experience was frustrating and heart wrenching. I would never recommend them to anyone.

this is a sorry printing company,they promised my book would be done and they where 2 weeks late and then the book looked like crap with all kinds of mistakes,stay away from this company
