I write school newsletters for school corporations in our county. I had been working with a different printer who closed up shop in the middle of one of my projects. Mark Connors at BoyConn came to the rescue and lined up an outstanding graphic designer, bulk mail company, and took care of the printing. The personal care Mark took and the quality of the finished product put BoyConn Printers at the top in my book. In addition to that, I know that BoyConn is highly involved in the community and supports non-profits - a real class outfit with a personal touch.

I dont know what happened. They were great for my printing needs in the beginning, and then it got weird. There was a print job that didnt come out good as far as coloring. When I sent it back for a reprint, Mike terminated our relationship, didnt complete the job and I was on the receiving end of a sudden and surprising adverse attitude by the shop. No Poise or gratitude. I dont want to excuse all the work have done for me in the past which is why I wont give one star, but we certainly felt we were treated unnecessarily rude today.
