Dealing with everyone at the dealership was a totally positive experience, start to finish. In addition the Service Department is the most professional, competent, courteous and efficient automotive service department I have ever dealt with. Top drawer all the way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Used to go here when it was Bauer. Tried taking my Grand Marquis here, and was royally overcharged for everything. $30.00 for "shop supplies" on an oil change and replacing a headlight? Give me a break.
