My wife and I stopped here to get a sandwhich from Arbys on our road trip. My wife had to use the bathroom and it was extremely dirty, no paper towel, no toilet paper, no soap (the soap dispenser was laying on the ground) there was toilet paper all over the floor, sinks where dirty and the toilet was dirty. The garbage was over flowing. There was a empty bag of Chex mix and paper towel in the SINK! drove from Northern WI to Maryland to Virgina and back and this was by far the worst restroom we came across. The waysides where even cleaner!! Needless to say we didnt eat at Arbys . If the bathroom was that nasty and out of order there is no way in hell I would ever eat anything from there!

Well, where to start. Lol. Arbys forgot half our food , and then I stand at the cashier counter and listen to the two cashiers talk about body odor and dread locks for a few min before I rudely interrupted their stupid convo to get what I needed. I hope to god I never have to come back to this place. Had I been yalls boss. Id have fired u on the spot. You do not ignore customers, or ever talk about the previous customers race and smell.

Indian owners... AVOID! Bad customer service at the registers and at their restaurant. They make a fool out of you when you talk to them. Makes you feel like you were ripped off at the pump. Their pumps are old and can give less fuel. Thats how you get lowest price around. Also, their diesel is clear, where everywhere else its greenish. AVOID! Use for parking only!

I didnt see any bulk def. The showers looked like they used to be nice. Shower one had gross looking grout in the tile. Especially around the toilet. And the shower head is junk too. The employees were very nice. The breakfast burritos werent great but Ive had worse. Theres an Arbys here too

Only 1 DEF pump island 9 ....THE DEF PUMP NEEDS FIXING.....the satellite pump broke YESTERDAY but nobody came to fix it DAY AND HALF LATER... Took shower here today.....ONLY GOT 1 TOWEL.....hope you can see in the dark if you shave... COME ON MR. OWNER ....HOW ABOUT FIXING STUFF !!

Shower was COLD. Cashiers told me my fleet card was ok, then changed their mind. Then charged me credit price after telling me debit card was good for cash price. Overall one of the worst Ambest places Ive ever been to.

Good price od diesel but everything else is bad, the guy on the register is playing smart, no coffee with the diesel fuel, and nobody at the arbys to take the order.

The service is horrible.. Ive seen the workers yell at the customers.. Typical truck stop. Avoid, use other gas stations if at all possible!

There seems to be a large turnover rate for the cashiers so you are quite often caught with one who is new (and thus slow).
