M&M Body Shop were phenomenal while repairing my 2009 Chevy Malibu these past few weeks after a hit and run accident! Jake, and Garritt, were consistently friendly, flexible, and patient while addressing my concerns and questions. They completed the proper paperwork diligently and promptly. To top it all off, despite finding more damage and having to order extra parts, my vehicle was ready for pick-up a day earlier than estimated! I would certainly recommend anyone in the area looking for a body shop to visit Jake and Garritt at M&M in Brownsburg!

Fantastic customer service! They e-mailed me an estimate within 24 hours of seeing my car and kept me informed of the whole process and possible changes to the cost once work began. The estimates were easy to understand, even for this non-mechanic - they even had a section that explained what all the abbreviations meant. The work itself was impeccable, particularly the paint matching - my car looks as good as/better than before it got crunched. Highly recommend!
