I took my car in due to purchasing some bad gas at a Nervous Charlies gas station. (I know, what was I thinking, right?) Anyways, a week goes by and they never figgured out what was wrong with the car. I dropped it off on Aug-2-2010, and finally picked it up on Aug-10-2010 out of sheer frustration. They repeatedly failed to return my phone calls. Yes, they were polite, but I took my car there because they were supposed to fix it, not because I cared about how polite they were. In the process of attempting to diagnose the problem, my coolant pipes were damaged due to the car being put on the hoist incorrectly. I found that out AFTER I got home. Needless to say, I am NOT AT ALL happy with this place, nor my insurance company for reccomending them. My car still does not run correctly, and has been damaged while they were supposed to be fixing it. At this point, I would not reccomend this place to anyone because in my experience it was a long slow frustrating wait to get my car back in worse condition than it was in before I took it to them. They didnt even bother to remove the gas tank, drain it, clean it, and put it back on. The bad gas is still in the car, and so is the fuel filter... WTF? Anyways, since im sure the owner of the shop will read this at some point, (Hey, you filled out your info and posted a pic, so you checked it once right?) heres a list of steps they should have taken. Ok, heres an update... Sept 2nd, they FINALLY finished removing the gas tank, draining out the old fuel, and putting the tank back on... However, they didnt bother to KEEP my old fuel like I specifically requested that they do! Whered the gas go? No one seems to know.. Did they put it back in the tank? Who knows? Regardless, my evidence agains the gas station is now GONE!... So, whats happened? 1. It took em a month to do a 5 hour job. 2. They did not do the job correctly. 3. They lost the essential "parts" that I needed to prove my case agasint the gas station. 4. They are now holding my vehicle hostage until I pay them $300 for their incompetence. Do yourself a favor and avoid these clowns...

Took my car into Service King after my accident (the insurances preferred collision repair company) and they told me that it was going to take 2-3 weeks to repair. They notified me via text message for every stage it was in so I was aware of what was going on. Got car back in a week and a half. They vacuumed out the inside of my car and I think they even did some detailing on the inside of my car. My car looked Brand New except for the one spot they missed on the inside of my windshield that had spots on it..lol. Needless to say I was impressed. The only draw back was at first when I got my car back there was an exposed ground wire from the tail light they replaced causing loss of power when my headlights were on and I used my blinker but I took it back within 24 hours and they had that issue resolved within 30 minutes. All in All great experience....FYI especially if you have Chris as a Service Adviser!!

Very unprofessional, (albeit friendly). Save yourself some time/trouble and go to the Maaco at 5169 Hickory Hollow. Service King will not fix a car if the insurance company deems it totaled. The damage to my car was relatively minor so I wanted to repair it rather than replace it, but Service King refused and wanted to charge me to put the car back together just so I could drive it away. Ended up arranging for a tow truck to take it to a Maaco shop just down the street, but when the truck arrived Service King didnt give them any of the parts they had removed, only the car, DESPITE the fact I had called only hours before to specify they needed to turn everything over to the tow truck driver. It took another week for Maaco to get the rest of the parts from Service King, and when everything was said and done they even managed to lose some of the parts they had taken off!!

I am so dissatisfied with this company. The only concern I had was to ensure the tire and tire pressure light was fixed and working properly. I was told not to take it to the dealership to get it fixed. After calling my service representative, I was told what was done and none of it was the master rest that was required to turn the light off. I had to waste an entire vacation day to get this taken care of. When calling the company back all they said was, "Well it is taken care now." Worse customer service and customer satisfaction ever.

I broke my passengers side mirror. I tried to glue it back on myself but it didnt work. I went to Service King where I had had a body repair done before through Geico. They gave me an estimate to repair it but they said they thought they could put some screws in it for me so it would be useable again for me. I said they could go ahead and try. They were able to get my mirror reattached and when I asked what I owed them, they told me nothing. I am so grateful to Ben and Brian at this location for all the help they gave me today.

I took my car in to Service King for insured repairs (Metlife) after I struck a deer. I had extensive damage to the front passenger side of the car all the way back through the front door. Service King did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the process. They finished the repairs a week ahead of the quoted date, and my car looks brand new again. The staff was friendly and helpful during the whole ordeal. Having a wreck of any kind is stressful, but Service King made the whole experience much more tolerable. Thank you!

The people at the shop were very polite. That being said, they never once returned a phone call. They were supposed to give me an estimate before repairing the vehicle. They ordered the parts and probably would have started the repair, had I not been incessant with my phone calls. The insurance company ended up totalling the vehicle, and they did appologize, but I hope they realize the most important part of any relationship, business or otherwise, is communication.

They sent the estimate after saying it would not be sent until we gave them the approval. That didnt stand true. Also we waited for a good while till someone could do the estimate and they seemed like they just didnt care about our problems. Well... we will never go back. "service crap".

My girlfriend had to come back here multiple times to fix the same issue. After blame thrown around between several different parties, we finally got the issue resolved by having our insurance company get someone else to do the repair. Been fixed ever since.
