I was looking online for a new truck and found the exact one I wanted at Miracle Ford. I initially talked to Bryan Hopper, who is one of the managers there. He was very helpful when explaining what rebates were applicable for the truck I wanted, and even took the time to explain the Ford A plan since my dad works for Ford. Bryan was very helpful, and had to deal with me calling a lot - they really wanted to see me get this truck, and went out of their way to help make the numbers work for me. I went to get my truck on a Saturday, and Bryan wasnt there that day (he told me he wouldnt be there, and passed my info on to someone else). When I walked in the door, Jim Galvin, the owner, was standing there to greet me. He was very nice, not pushy to get a sale, and easy to talk to. The salesman that I worked with was Daniel Custodio. He was very helpful, not pushy, and eager to show me the details of the deal and also the details of the vehicle itself. I already had the numbers worked out with Brian prior to coming into the dealer, and Daniel just had to make sure everything was in order, and then we were good to go. After signing the paperwork with Charlie, I was ready to hit the road in my brand new truck. Before I left, Jim thanked me for my business, and informed me that the first oil change was on them. This dealership seems more focused on customer service and making repeat customers than just making a bunch of sales. As long as Im living in Middle Tennessee Ill be a customer of theirs.

I recently moved to the Gallatin Area and wanted to get my Ford F-150 serviced before headed back home to pack up everything to bring back. I checked out the website and was impressed with what I say so I set up an service appointment. I was welcomed the minute I pulled into the service bay. Wayne Hill, who I did not know was the manager at the time, took my info and asked if I needed any other services done. Then I went to the customer waiting area which had everything I needed to wait...from coffee, vending machines, TVs, and work areas if you brought a laptop which I did. During my wait the General Manager, Jimmy Galvin, Jr. came by to make sure I was having a good visit. My wait was not long and Wayne came back and told me I need my A/C worked on including parts which would have to be ordered..they were covered under my warranty...and we scheduled a day to drop my truck off and pick up my rental. When I came back they had a very nice Ford Fusion waiting for me. My truck was ready the following day. Needless to say, my trip went off without a hitch and my truck is still running great. Miracle Ford will continue to get my business as long as I own my truck! I highly recommend their service department to anyone I know!

My husband visited the dealership a few weeks before we made our purchase and more than anything we appreciated that no one called and pressured us, instead gave him time to mill over our decision. When we returned, he asked for Bill Parker, the salesman he previously saw, and Mr. Parker was awesome. He answered all our questions, even pointed out the advantages and disadvantages in buying a new versus a used vehicle. I honestly felt he had our best interest at heart. I never felt pressure from him, and his southern kindness was what Id traditionally heard about but rarely saw. I apologize for not recalling the financial officers name, but he, too, treated us as respected and appreciated customers and was most helpful. Weve purchased many cars during our lifetime, but I must say this was one of the speediest and least painful ever. Thank you, Bill for making our day and helping my husband find the truck hes wanted for a long time.

Miracles inventory of new Escapes far exceeded other dealers in the area. Our salesman, John James, spent most of the day helping my daughter and I find two Escapes that matched our needs perfectly. He listened to what we were looking for, and took time to walk around the lot with us to find the best vehicles for us. During the test drive, he pointed out several features of the cars to get us comfortable with the newest technology. He was very open to questions, and quite knowledgeable about the features. The Finance Manager, Jim Morgan, was very helpful in explaining financing options and getting both of us the best financing packages. Everyone in the dealership went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. In 40 years of buying cars, this was by far the most enjoyable car-buying experience of my life. I will send all my friends to John James at Miracle Ford!

The entire staff was tremendously helpful and knowledgeable. Michael James went far above the expected. He was very aware of features of all variety within my car. Some of the things he informed me of, I wouldnt yet know; had he not been so thoroughly prepared. I bought this car now about two weeks ago. Its performance is flawless, and I do not have a single complaint to offer. Kris Somaru worked for some hours to make it happen for me. Even though I was lacking in some pertinent documents, he still worked hard to get a deal done. I couldnt be more grateful for the genuine courtesy, determination and class my entire process was accompanied by. I left with a beautiful car that was not within the means of my credit, or cash-in-hand. I always loathe being sold a product. In this case, the entire experience was truly exceptional. I was very disappointed with the Gallatin Ford shop. I took my car to have an engine light checked! When I picked up my car it almost stalled the whole way home. I took it back and told them this and they told me to replace the manifold and have the gas tank checked about $2,000. After having it there twice and them telling me the same thing, I took my car home. Knowing I am no dummy I googled why a car would behave that way, it said to check the vacuum hoses and the IAC. Sure enough the vacuum hose right behind the IAC had been disconnected. I am a forgiving person, but the second time i took it and told them the symptoms I feel if they really looked at it like they said they did, they would have Easily saw the hose lying there. The people made me feel like a liar or like I didnt know what i was talking about. It was a complete nightmare!

Towards the end of November 2015, I purchased a new 2015 Ford Mustang GT Premium from Miracle Ford. I meant to leave this review back in November when I bought the car, but I had just moved into my new house and just returned from Europe, then had to go to Virginia for a week, so regrettably, it slipped my mind. In November 2015, someone hit my 2015 Dodge Challenger, totaling it out. I was at the bank depositing the insurance check, when I was introduced to Mr. Galvin, the owner of Miracle Ford. I cannot say enough about the kindness, patience, and service I received from Mr. Galvin, Mr. Galvin jr., and Bill Parker. I have been into the dealership several times since November, and the service has been great, even after the sale is concluded. I will continue to recommend them when people tell me they need a car.
