I took my car into Abra from Ron Hibbard Toyota to have a radiator mount popping sound check out. I was met by a guy named Dominique. He crawled under the front of my car (not putting the car on a lift) and pressed on a few things and said everything seems to be tight and in place. I suggested that he drive the car so he could hear the sound in the cabin. He didnt, so I suggested he call Ron Hibbard Toyota (next door to them) and talk with the service manager I had taken the car to a few days earlier. He disappeared into the building and within five minutes out comes a quote for almost a grand, then tells me they would do the work, but it might not resolve the issue (what the heck). I ask him what he thinks it might be or the cause, and says, "I dont really know". I told him Toyota sent me over since they do not do body work and then he starts talking negative about the Toyota dealership, saying, "they just twiddle their thumbs over there". I could not believe the unprofessionalism I was hearing about their next door neighbor. Dominique said he was a northerner and shot very direct, if it were him, he would just buy a Honda and call it a day. Again what the heck!!! I dont care if youre a freaking northerner or southerner, be professional about things. Never will step foot back in this rude place.

I would NEVER recommend this auto repair place if you prefer to be treated with respect and have your repairs completed in a timely manner. I had an appointment scheduled a MONTH ago to have my van repaired after being hit by a deer and when I went to drop if off this morning it was very disorganized. When you first enter the parking lot, there are no available parking spots or areas identified as to where you should go to drop off a vehicle. Chris, the representative we worked with, did not seem to value our time and also has a condescending tone. Enterprise rental had NO IDEA we were coming to pick up a rental car despite the fact that someone from Abra called them to notify them that we were on our way. Terrible experience and we will NOT be back!

Juan and Dominique assisted us with repairing our car on two instances one involving a deer and the other instance was when we got rear ended by another vehicle. I would recommend their service to anyone that needs auto body repair. The receptionist and staff there are amazing they will help with any questions you may have.

Horrible customer service and unwilling to help in any way. Im sure they do good work in the back but the front office needs to get off their butts and do whatever it is that they are getting paid to do. The Lebanon office is much better and very helpful.
