My wife and I have used Mike Langleys paint & body services since the mid-1980s. Not that we have all THAT many accidents, but whenever one of our vehicles is hit we take it to Mike for repair. Each and every job was done better than could have been reasonably expected. Most recently, Bambi took out my 1988 (the last year they were made) Pontiac Fieros left headlight and front body/bumper area. Mike discovered the hood area surrounding the pop-up headlight opening was also cracked - the insurance adjuster had missed that. Mike worked to find the necessary parts - most over a quarter century old - and to totally refinish the replacement hood which had been exposed to weather for decades in a junk yard. The hoods plastic fibers were actually exposed. When I said he "totally refinished" earlier, thats what I meant. The entire front end now looks like new, AND almost all of the usual 1980s General Motors rattles are gone! His shop did such a good job with the Bambi damage I took the same car back to have some 27 year old sagging door and slow power windows diagnosed/fixed. Fixed. If Mike can do this well with my old hobby car, he can do as well or better with practically any chassis/body/paint project. Oh, did I mention our vehicles are always returned clean, inside and out? You cannot do any better than Langleys Paint & Body.

Girlfriend got in wreck and State Farm Insurance referred her to this shop. Mike Langley claimed to have fixed everything -- 10 miles after leaving the shop 2005 Honda Civic refuses to accelerate up hill and shuts off. Only thing wrong with car from wreck was radiator, bumper, tie-bar and a timing belt. Had car towed back to Langleys and they claimed that the car was completely out of gas (had quarter of a tank, so unless they punctured the gas tank -- that is incorrect) and that the cars mechanical problems arent accident related. Girlfriends father is a mechanic in West Virginia and does regular tune-ups / diagnostics -- nothing at all mechanically wrong with car confirmed less than 5 months ago. Now Langleys is demanding we pay them $300 and recommended to insurance that our car was mechanically messed up prior to the wreck. State Farm bought this story and will not pay for the repairs, all while Langleys is trying to get us to give them $300 to make the repairs that they were responsible for in the first place. On top of all of the thievery, Mike Langley repeatedly talked down to my girlfriend and treated her as a clueless car owner (presumably because she is a woman.) DO NOT GO TO LANGLEYS!!

A deer ran into the drivers side of my car recently and did major damage. I took my car to Langleys Paint and Body to get an estimate and see if it could be repaired. Once the insurance company agreed to the estimate, Michael Langley and his employees began the repair process. Michael sent me photos to show the original damage and then sent updated photos throughout the repair process. He spoke with me on numerous occasions to let me know how things were progressing. The work was completed and I got my car back a few days ago. The work that Michael and his employees did to restore my car to its original condition was nothing short of amazing. It looks like a brand new car and there are no signs that it was ever damaged. The paint matches perfectly and the car was completely detailed before returning it to me. Michael was courteous, professional and truly went the extra mile to ensure that I was pleased with the repairs.They are meticulous and pay great attention to every detail. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of the services they provide. 5 Star rating!

Working with Langleys on restoring our car following hail damage has been fantastic. Knowing how much we use our car, they called when a surprise cancellation occurred that allowed us to bring it in much sooner than initially thought. Once delivered, the turnaround time was stellar with the car ready for pick-up exactly as promised. The work itself was superb: absolutely no sign of dents anywhere despite more than 120 hits by 1 1/2" hail stones! And the unexpected icing on the cake? Not just a quick vacuum of the interior prior to pick-up but fantastic detailing that made our Elantra look like wed just driven it off the showroom floor. I also appreciated their ongoing communication with us, including sending us photos of the damage found for insurance purposes. Langleys definitely went the extra mile for us in every regard ... a rare experience in this age of mediocrity and lackadaisical customer service!

The staff at Langley will treat you and your vehicle right. You can trust them to be honest, to charge a fair price, to do quality work, and to go the extra distance to be sure that you are satisfied and that your vehicle looks good and is roadworthy. While replacing a body panel on my car, the Langley staff discovered a rusted bolt that could have caused my tailgate to fall off. They fixed the problem and charged me very little for this extra (and essential) repair. I will take my car to Langley anytime it needs TLC.

Langley Body Shop went above and beyond what I expected! A deer ran into my jeep and put a large dent in the door as well as doing damage elsewhere on the vehicle. Mike Langley (the owner) was friendly, and not only explained what they would do, but even did more than necessary, matching vehicle stickers inside the door, and making sure the paint was perfect! It was like it never happened, if not better!!! My jeep was sparkling when I got it back!!! I would definitely recommend Langleys to all of my friends.

5 Star Rating for outstanding quality of body service completed on my SUV along with first class customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail by Michael Langley (owner) and his talented team at Langleys Paint and Body Shop on Bethel Road in Bloomington, IN. My family has been taking our vehicles to Langleys for body work for over 30 years, and the quality of service and responsiveness just keeps getting better with age like a fine wine.

Langley kept my 2003 Camry in such pristine condition by repairing nicks, scratches, and larger damage that when I sold this Camry 2 months ago, I received the compliment that the car was in the best condition of any used car the Royal Toyota manager had seen. Langley has already repaired a scratch on my new Tesla by matching the paint formula Tesla gave him. This care is pristine again also. I will not take my cars for body work anywhere else.

To have body damage on your most favorite automobile is a huge downer, but having the auto repaired and cleaned to BETTER THAN NEW by the Langley Group is the best feeling possible. The attention to detail and prompt service was the best ever experienced when dealing in the automotive field. The cost to satisfaction ratio is as high as can be had. Mike has done work on several of my cars over the last 12 years. Each time the work was excellent. Each car came back, aside from the excellent body work, looking almost better than new. He has always detailed the cars, even with only small repairs. I jokingly told him I need to have an accident every year to keep my cars looking so great. I would recommend his service to all.
