Lacking in common human decency, I took my car in to get the frame checked and an estimate to repair my car. They couldnt be bothered to tell me that my subframe was damaged, either in passing or on their estimate to repair the car, absolutely no mention of it. I then ordered $523.28 of parts for my car to be repaired with. I had to find out half a month later from another shop that I took it to to clean up the mess they were making of my repairs. I paid for some of the work to be done, the lady who hit me did not have insurance and so I explained to them that I would have to do things as I could afford them. I paid for all the mechanical repairs to be installed and so only body work would be left to repair. I picked up the car and saw the work that was done was very shoddy, brackets were sitting halfway attached to one bolt and not to another, bracing was not lined up, there was an obvious and distinct lack of effort or caring put into the repairs. I took the car back that day and asked about what was going on, without receiving any explanation I was simply given my money back. Clearly they didnt want my business so I took my vehicle to another shop to have the install done properly. I dropped the car off and they got to it the next morning. I received a call from the second shop shortly after they got it up on their lift informing me that my front subframe was very obviously damaged and would have to be replaced. There was no way to properly install the parts and repair the car without replacing the subframe, which is a quite labor intensive job, 6 and a half hours. They informed me that the front subframe was obviously damaged, you could tell just by looking at it. I called Fenders Collision USA and asked to speak to the owner and was cussed out for questioning what was going on. I was informed that I had not paid to have my subframe looked at, even though it was obviously damaged and that they had done their job of measuring my frame and that was that. They know what theyre doing and I had only asked them to check to make sure the frame was straight and get an estimate and so any glaringly obvious damage to the subframe wasnt their problem. The parts I had brought in that were made specifically for my car were "not bolt in" and so they shouldnt have been installed in the first place, but they couldnt tell me that at the time because, why be bothered? Why admit that you cant install something because the car is obviously damaged when you can instead say nothing and ghetto rig things together? They did their job of what they were paid to do of installing those parts and they know what theyre doing and its my fault for having my car hit. When I first came in the owner made me feel like everything would be alright with my car and it wasnt a major issue. So if you want to feel great when you walk in the door and be sure that everything is okay and dont mind your car not being repaired properly and going back out on the road driving a hacked together death trap because this repair shop couldnt be bothered to inform you of the underlying damage to your vehicle... this is the place for you.

I stopped by Fenders yesterday to get a quote for repair on a door ding on my 15 VW Golf GTI. I was so pleased with my experience that I feel compelled to write a review. Starting with the reception area I was greeted by a friendly host. It was clean, quiet, and they had a waiting area with snacks/drinks available for free. I waited a total of three minutes before someone came out to look at my car. We went over some options and they had me pull the car around back so they could inspect the damage a little more closely. I was given two quotes, one for a complete re-paint job that would make it look as good as new, and another for a paintless dent repair tech who they outsourced to for small door dings. I ended up going with the second quote because it was cheaper and fit my needs better. When they were looking at my car I also mentioned a wax stain on my car that Ive been having trouble removing. Without even asking, they cleaned, polished, and waxed the spot making it look as good as new! I was honestly pretty amazed that they could get the spot out because I have washed that spot over 20 times and had it professionally detailed with no success. Overall my experience with Fenders was extremely positive and I left them feeling good about my decision to stop by and have them look at my car. Since I drive by Fenders on my way home Ive seen some of the cars that get brought into the shop and how they turn out after repairs. I feel confident saying that whether you have a small ding or a major accident this is probably the best repair shop you could use in the FWB area.

Pretty sure this is my first time reviewing a business, but I couldnt wait to. My roommate sideswiped my car on a concrete pillar, scratching a door panel up pretty badly. I spent the morning driving around to different shops gathering estimates. When I got to Fenders, my first impression was that the inside was nice and comfortable, and the receptionist was quick to greet & help me and was very friendly. Laura was out to do the estimate within about 3 minutes of me walking in. She walked around it with me, then asked me to pull around, saying she expected much of it to buff off. She spent some time on it with the buffer and compound, knowing that I hadnt left any contact info and was just here for an estimate. She then mixed touch up paint for the 2 small spots remaining, and preceeded not only to finish my door, but walk around the car (now 9 yrs old) and spent some time sealing every scratch while I watched. The whole thing was done in about 20 min. When I asked how much I owed her, she said nothing! The last estimate from another local shop was for over $440, and Fenders fixed it for free. Laura was so knowledgeable and helpful; the whole shop was friendly and professional. Im so excited to have found a local body shop I can trust! Will definitely come here for any future needs.

My name is Tonya B and words cannot express the AMAZING experience I had with Fenders Collision. Im visiting my son and his family here in Fort Walton Beach and during this time, my sons car was damaged by another driver while parked. Time was not on my side because my son is due to start college in Atlanta, Georgia next week. I arrived at Fenders Collision with my worries and concerns. I was greeted with a warm smile and they were very professional. The receptionist Beca, the Owner Bill, and the men behind the scenes were very AMAZING with assuring me that my sons car will be repaired as quickly as they can. My sons car was repaired in PERFECT condition in two days. WOW! is the only words that comes to mind. I HIGHLY recommend Fenders Collision to everyone because they truly CARE AND THEY LISTEN... I would like to personally thank Beca , the owner Bill and his workers for the dedication and hard work they do on a daily basis. My son was so excited and happy about how beautiful his car looks now. Thank you so much. v/r Tonya B
