If I could give this body shop less than a star and still review, I would. HORRIBLE experience!! BEWARE!!! After going back and forth with absolutely NO communication without me having to call first for weeks, my car was supposed to be ready on a Monday. Each day that week, I called in the afternoon to check on my car and they had a new excuse each day on why it wasnt ready. Finally that Thursday, I was told I could pick my car up right before 5 pm. When I arrived, I had to wait an additional 45 minutes past the time he said it would be ready for the car to be "cleaned." Once it was done, I noticed the hood was put on crooked, the right side corner panel was not flush with the bumper, the paint was chipped in multiple areas, the paint did not match the rest of the car, my interior was covered in grease, and I had to snap my door pieces back on all the way. I pointed out the work and they have offered to repair it, but I am terrified to even let them attempt to correct it. On another note, they did not accurately provide information to my insurance company about how long it took them to finish the car and told them it was completed on the 11th when it wasnt done until the 13th; therefore, I was charged by Enterprise for those last few days of rental. I am now having to open up a case with my insurance company and provide proof I didnt pick it up until Thursday because the shop says otherwise. While having the conversation about how upset I am with everything, one of their managers, ERIC, got very rude with me and wanted to remind me that "he was the only one that could get my money refunded." I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this shop!!

This shop was excellent, they were on the USAA list and I took my VW here after it had damaged from an attempted break in. They fixed roof, windows, seals, and door lock and got it done quickly. I had to bring the car back a few days later when the door lock stopped working again. They quickly got someone to fix it on the spot and I left in only a few minutes with no hassle. They were always nice to me and strive to please the customer. I dont know if I could afford their prices if I were paying myself, but through my car insurance I had an excellent experience here.

I recently hit a deer with my mini cooper and my usaa insurance gave me one of the recommended places to take the car to get repaired, and that was Emerald Coast Collision Repair. It took about five days when I got it back, it was better than when i first bought the car!! They did an amazing job detailing and the custom stripe that was put back on. They even fixed my loose front bumper and air intake! I cant believe what a job they did. Defiantly will go back and recommend them to anyone who needs a good place to repair their car! Thanks Guys!

I was reffered by USAA to have a large hole in my car door repaired and could not be happier with the service I recieved from Emerald Coast Collision Repair Center. I took my car in for an estimate on Friday; they started the work on Monday and it was repaired and painted by Tuesday. On top of all of that they even detailed the rest of the vehicle inside and out. I reccomend these guys to anyone needing repair.

THOUGHT THIS PLACE WAS GOOD UNTIL THEY STOLE THE KEY TO UNLOCK MY RIMS AND DONT CARE TO LOOK FOR IT BECAUSE THE PEOPLE THAT WORKED ON MY CAR NO LONGER WORK THERE! THIS PLACE IS FULL OF THIEVES!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
