Nothing good to say. There customer service is pathetic. I dont care what the situation is, no business should speak to a customer with such disrespect and volger language, nor should they ever cuss out a customer. Bob the poor old guy is probably just miserable with his life, usually its the elderly teaching the young generations respect, but I guess sometimes its the other way around. After he did nothing but continue to be rude and tell me I needed to go outside to give him some space when I was sitting in the waiting room for a phone call about my car. He quoted me $75 to tow my vehicle to my house which was pretty far, when I asked him how much it would be to tow it to my machanic that was at least half the distance. He said it was the same price. Then i jokingly said I didnt feel like I was getting a good deal anymore. He got very angry and unprofessional and said " ya know what Im tired of looking at your face. Ive done everything to help you but stroke your cock for you." (Even though he hadnt done anything to help but rudely tell me what he thought I should do, which I had already done) not to mention all that was in front of other customers. I just laughed at him and said Id rather take my money else where before I gave anymore to yall. Id advise anyone else to do the same. I left and went to Hendersonville wrecker service and they went and got my car and took it to my machanic for $50 bucks and were very nice and professional!

If I could rate in the negatives I would. My fathers truck was here and my father and I were going to pick the car up on New Years Day. My dad died around 6 am on New Years morning. I called and explained the situation that I had a power of attorney over the vehicle( my dad had given me prior to the incident for personal reasons) and the gentleman pretty much told me I was lying. He told me that a poa meant nothing and that I will have to prove his death certificate with the poa in court. So my fiancé had her sister call and he said that he was done dealing with us and hung up. So I got the police involved and needless to say the man had no issue giving me the car. As I was giving him his $1325.00 bill that my dad owed his words were "great now my phone will stop ringing". This company is garbage. They are very disrespectful and did not try to understand my situation at all. I know that they are seeing this so I want you to know that I will be reporting you guys to bbb as well. Thank you for being extremely rude and disrespectful during a time of grief. I am a gm of a location in Franklin and I would have terminated the employee immediately. Evaluate your employees who represent your company.

I had the unfortunate experience of getting my van hit by a woman not paying attention to what she was supposed do be doing. James Towing & Auto Body (JTAB) towed my vehicle to their facility and within days my insurance company was working with their awesome staff to get my vehicle up and running again. Over $12,000.00 in repairs and I have to say, Im very particular on doing the right thing and getting treated right when you bring a company business. JTAB treated me like a customer should get treated, very respectful and professional. I have had no problems dealing with their staff. After getting my vehicle back, I could not find anything wrong or out of place it appeared as new and clean as when I bought it. Nice job to all the professionals at JTAB. This goes out to the IPAD review, I left an emergency wallet in my vehicle (in a hidden spot) not only did they find it, when repairing the vehicle, they called me to let me know they did find it. There was over $200.00 cash in the wallet so I HIGHLY doubt they stole your Dads IPAD. Great doing business with you guys at JTAB and yes, I will be back, hopefully under better circumstances. Stay off the phone when you drive and do not text.

Horrible customer service! My friends car broke down tonight. She called her insurance company and James Towing was the first one that popped up on the list for Lebanon. Why we couldnt get a tow truck service based in Lebanon is beyond me but that is beside the point. We waited over an hour before we even got a call from this service. He said that he was in Gallatin and that Lebanon was to far away and that they were not coming. She called back the insurance company to complain, they issued James Towing again. The same guy calls back says he is in Mt. Juliet now (probably close to his house since it was later in the day). And says he is on his way. When he finally did show up and was a jerk and unprofessional. Customer service is lacking when you say to your customer to "get a better insurance company" and that "I should of just gone home"... I hope your boss reads these commits, I would not have a job if I treated my customers the way you did tonight. Thanks for the tow.

Not only could they not figure out what was wrong with my car (went in for a crank but no start) but when I had them take it to the local Nissan dealer after two months of being without my car, I found out that they had left the car in even worse condition. They left the air cleaner sitting on the dash, harnesses and connections were left unconnected, etc. It ended up costing me an extra $100 from the dealership to put everything back so that they could even begin diagnostics. Do NOT trust them for anything more than a tow.

I used JT for towing services 2 days ago. I liked their customer service on the phone and in person. It seemed very professional. If I need a tow in the future, I will be using them. The only problem I ran into was that the tow ahead of me took longer than expected. Jason, the guy who towed my car, explained it to me so I knew it wasnt HIS fault. But aside from that, I think its a pretty decent tow company. Oh, and their pricing was one of the cheapest. So that helped a lot too!

Stole my Dads Ipad out of his car when he had a wreck a year and a half ago when he almost died. Dirt bag mexicans or whatever they are! He went up there with a collapsed lung, broken shoulder, eight broken ribs and a broken neck to get it. The said it was smashed and they threw it away. That is against the law to make decisions without asking the owner.

James Auto Body has done body and mechanical repair for may cars owned by me and my family. I find them to be fair, honest and professional is all their dealings. Their work is very good and they stand behind their repairs, parts and labor.
