Derailed Motorsports sent me to Billy to look at the SRS code in my wifes CLK 350. Billy cleared the code, inspected the car, and found my trans was 2 quarts overfilled. He resolved that issue and gave me a quote for my 100k services. Once I picked my jaw off the floor I made a follow up appointment for him to due the 100k services. Great guy more than fair with his prices and pays attention to details others might over look. Thank you Derailed Motorsports once again you all came through. Ive known Billy for 16 years. I previously owned a BMW that he serviced and repaired for me. I recently purchased another one and one of the benefits of doing so was having the pleasure of doing business with him again. Billy is a great guy. He is honest, trustworthy, very reasonable and he is a perfectionist. If you own a BMW or Mercedes I highly recommend you take it to him. I know I wouldnt take mine anywhere else
