I wrecked my van august 10th. We sent it to Mintons Body shop because the tow truck driver said they were great. We took his word for it because Mintons said they could start it right away. We made an insurance claim with our insurance. Over the next 34 days the insurance requested parts that were bad, and/or didnt exist for the shop to place on my van. Mintons -Nate, Max - said no they wouldnt put us in a dangerous vehicle. Throughout the time the insurance told me it was Mintons fault it took so long. Mintons was swearing it was the insurance fault . The insurance even said they knew it was but would not take responsibility! My insurance wouldnt extend the rental car coverage and our rental fee ended up in the several hundreds ! They also charged me extra for the tire because they had to do a new tire and my old one was bad before the wreck so because it wasnt as good they had to charge me more than my deductible. (Fine print insurance documents) When we were told the van would be done, the wheel had not come in and had to be ordered 3! 3! Different times and then overnighted. Because of My insurance company! At which point they thought it was done only to find a motor in the windshield wiper reservoir (hope im saying it right!) was bad so they overnighted another part. Mintons called today and its done! September 12th! What I want to say is Mintons went ABOVE AND BEYOND! They paid the rental car fees in total! They paid the extra tire charge as well! And when pep boys put the wheel on they dinged it so Mintons is making them replace it tomorrow! So in the end our fees wouldve been almost $900.00! However due to MINTONS BODY SHOP making sure they treat their customers beyond amazing we only paid our deductible!!! Mintons Body Shop Will have our business FOREVER! We are dropping The insurance ! We are forever thankful to Mintons Body Shop and all the help and work theyve done For us! Im forever thankful for a safe vehicle and my beloved van back! And a wonderful trustworthy body shop! Who also detailed the inside of the van!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ If you ever need a trustworthy body shop , (I dont even know what all they do!)!but I promise you you can NOT GO WRONG with Mintons! thank you Nate & Max! You were great and we are forever thankful for making things easy for us while my husband was working for hurricane power restoration!!!

What a good place to deal with, my car was perfect and was cleaned up inside and out. Gordan is the man in the office that helped me call my insurance company to get my insurance claim going. Gordan made it so easy. I hope I never need their service again but if I do I know where I will be going. One thing I would like to share with the public is when I talked to my insurance company they tried to get me to go to a shop that I have never heard of and none of my family or friends heard of. Gordan told me that as the owner of the car I can get my car fixed anywhere that I choose and the insurance company has no say about it. I think if I went where they wanted me to go that shop would be working for the insurance Company and not have my best interest at heart. ( Just my opinion ) Mintons said they will warranty my car as long as I own it. So why go where my insurance company would be getting a good deal? Thank you Gordan

Mintons was recommended by my insurance agent because of the very high customer satisfaction. Everyone was VERY courteous and helpful, right down to helping me find a rental car. When the car was done I was a little embarrassed. Im not the best car-house-keeper and it looked liked the interior had been detailed, even though the work done was on the outside! The work was wonderful. I feel like I have a new car. Would recommend this place on anyone and everyone. (I still hate deer - ha). Nate was kind and on the ball. I was stuck waiting for my rental car and he made a point to get me a soda and make me feel welcome. In the beginning he had told me I may want to follow up on my rental car just to make sure it was running on time- and if they were running late or had lost my reservation, which had happened in the in past evidently, they would give me a ride. We have had done work done here in the past and have been happy every time. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Nate and the team at Minton did a great job with our 2006 Fusion. We had the challenge of coordinating this remotely for our son attending IU. The cost was competitive, but their customer service is really what distinguishes them. Never pressured. Very communicative and responsive. Quality work was completed 3 days before expected. I would definitely use Minton again and recommend them for your auto body needs.

Our Pontiac Vibe was rear-ended at a traffic light in October. Max gave us a reasonable estimate for a rear hatch replacement and bumper repair. The repair took a little longer than expected since a new hatch had to be ordered to replace a used one (found earlier) that was not repairable. Picked up the car and couldnt have been more pleased......the car looked like new and its a 2003. These guys are good!!

This place is the best. The repair work theyve done for me has always been great quality. And they take the time to explain everything. Recently my son had an accident, and the car ended up being deemed a total loss - Nate advised me to negotiate with the insurance company and as a result I got a substantially better settlement payout! I will come back to Nate and Mintons every time.

I was very pleased with their service. People their are very nice. They finished their job on time, with no additional cost and perfectly repaired my car, just like a new one. They also cleaned my car both inside and outside. Overall, I could not expected more about their job and would highly recommend people about this place.

It was the first heavy rain in a month, plus my tires were 5 years old. I slid off the road and over a raised sidewalk and busted a tire. I took it to Minton and they got my tire replaced for me and the next day they replaced the other three tires for me and I havent slid off the road since. Thanks Max!

I could not recommend Minton enough for any auto-body work needed. They made sure to make the entire process of getting my car fixed simple and efficient, and did a fantastic job with the repair itself. Overall incredible service with an equally incredible, caring staff.
