I was extremely disappointed in two areas of my service from Lyk Nu. It took a full month for my repairs to be completed. The manager did take time out to explain the entire process to me. However, he mentioned that he is great about getting the car finished at a decent time and they should be able to finish my car in two weeks. I was told I would receive a call back on updates for completion however, I had to constantly call to check up. Every time I called I would get a new reason as to some sort of hold up and that it should be ready in "a few days." Those few days turned into a month. The second area which was disappointing was the fashion in which my car was returned to me. My drivers side and trunk was filled with dust which was not properly cleaned after the labor was completed. I had to go back and vacuum/dust off my car. The quality of the work was not bad but these two areas are vital for customer satisfaction. Overall, I dont suggest you choose this shop for your repairs if you want exceptional customer service.

Worst place ever, the manager was always lying, our car was there for 6 weeks, and still we had to take it to a different location of lyke-nu so the job was redone. Worst repairs and worst customer service. Hammer prints on one of the parts that was supposed to be changed. Would not recommend that place ever. Donelson location had great customer service, and, most important: great job done. Hendersonville: awful

It took two weeks to replace my lift gate on my van. Then they threw away my tail lights. I finally got it back and it shows on my instrument panel that my lift gate is still open and my lift gate wont close by pushing close automatically inside the van using any buttons. Now Im at a Chrysler dealer to get that fixed fighting Geico to pay for it because they claim it may not be connected to my wreck.

Horrible experience! Insurance company gave us the name of this business after an accident for vehicle repair. Could not get anyone to return our phone calls. Not friendly. Will never use this business again.

Wouldnt use Lyk Nu again. They tried to paint my truck and couldnt match the bumper to the hood after 3 tries . Still paid them and took it to Beaman automotive and looks great .
