Great experience. I recently moved back to Allentown and immediately hit a deer. The damage to my 2014 Audi was substantial. Since I grew up here, I took the recommendation of my father and neighbor who have taken a total of seven cars to Duncan in the past 20 years and took my car there. Duncan also happened to be one of the authorized collision centers from my insurance company, and they can be picky. The original estimate for completion was 30 days because one part was on back order, but they told me I could have the car back in two weeks and then bring it back for the other part if I wanted to do that because the part on order was cosmetic. They were able to get the back ordered part in, and I received the car back in two weeks. When I dropped off the car and picked up the car, the manager came out personally to look over the car with me. They also gave me regular updates on the progression of the car via phone calls (they ask whether to call or text). The only problem arose when I inspected the car at pick-up and the I-bolt that comes with my car, for towing, was not there. They could not find it, and so the manager promised to buy a new one on the spot. I received the new bolt three working days later. I am very happy with the work they did. They even waxed the car a time or two after they did their basic cleaning.

My experience with Duncan Auto Body was incredible. I live in New Jersey but while in Bethlehem, PA, I damaged my 2013 Camaro by sliding on wet, graveled pavement into a ditch. Rather than towing the car home to get it fixed, I found Duncan’s Auto Body on Angie’s List. That was the best decision I ever made. Eric Horvath from Duncan’s Auto Body and his entire staff went beyond all of my expectations while helping me any way they could – I am sincerely grateful to them. As good as their customer service was, the repair of my car was even better. Every time I look at the front end of the Camaro, it looks better than before the accident. Their work was beyond impeccable and the cost of repair was super reasonable. Also, they fixed a minor door dent for no cost. If you want to have great people work on your car, and want a professional repair because you love your car, take the time to check out Duncan’s Auto Body. You’ll be happy you did.

This is the BEST Auto Body shop in the Lehigh Valley. Place doesnt even LOOK like an auto body shop and they run it like a well oiled machine. I walked in at 200 pm on a Thursday for two estimates, including one for a broken power mirror, left my car there, they gave me a courtesy ride home and the mirror was replaced and done less then 22 hours later. They picked me up in the courtesy car to get my car, and I paid $112.00 including tax, for used power mirror, versus having to pay $450.00 including tax for a new one from the Honda dealer. They provided me the second estimate for body work, photographed the damage and uploaded the pics to my insurance company and all that was done by the time I walked out of the place and before I came back the next day to pick it up. They are the BEST!!!

They back there service, I had my car repaired after a small accident (got rear ended) decided to have my front bumper repainted while it was there to have some stone chips repaired. It really didnt turn out as well as I hoped, and should have been replaced. The paint started to crack. I called Brian and he said he wanted to take a look at it. After seeing it he said it was no problem to repair. I decided to buy a new cover instead. Brian had the new cover painted and installed, All I paid for was the part. They did an amazing job. One small chip I have to talk to him about, but Im very happy with the work they have done so far. They stand behind there work. I definitely recommend this body shop especially for high end vehicles.

My girlfriend had her vehicle brought in for repairs but it was returned less then flawless. The craftsmenship was something to be desired. The door handle was taken off to repair the door and put back on without being painted leaving chips and scratches to jump out at first glance. It was then brought in for a second time leaving us down a vehicle just to be touched up with a brush like a child could have done,pathetic. I would never recommend this shop for any future repairs.I spoke with their manager brian on the phone and he was of no help actually hung up in the middle of our discussion how rude is that.

I stopped in to get a minor dent repaired on my hatch after already getting several estimates. A representative quoted me over $300 more than the my highest quote and more than $800 more than I paid elsewhere for *same* day service. The earliest they could schedule me in was nearly 3 months away. If youre patient enough to wait months and dont mind overpaying for your car repair, this is the place to go. Otherwise, I highly recommend shopping around ... youll definitely find a lower price elsewhere with speedier service having the same - if not better - quality.

TERRIBLE....It took almost 7 weeks for them to fix my car after my accident! Its a brand new 2012 Acura...how hard can it be to get the parts?!?! Actually..the job wasnt even finished but I needed to take it from them because I was moving. I feel like they gave me the run-around because Im a young female, even though I tried to keep updated with the status of my car with biweekly check-ins. Obviously that wasnt enough. My renters insurance ran out by the time I got my car back. And, I still had to be inconvenienced after moving to get the rest of the work done.

Took my car to Duncan in late September for minor damage to the rear bumper due to my own negligence and found myself returning in November for front end damage due to a wayward deer. On both occasions I found the staff to be extremely friendly, customer-oriented, and very informative. I received update calls every other day or so and they delivered my Lexus on-time, as promised. Very satisfied with the company and workmanship.

I told my insurance company that I didnt want to use their provided services and that I would rather use Duncan Auto Body, and Im so glad I did! Choosing Duncan auto body was the best choice I could have made. They go above and beyond in every possible way and even their staff members do little things to help you out. The return the car clear to me that I had given it to them, 5 stars!
