My truck was involved in a side collision accident which virtually destroyed both doors, dinged the cab and crunched up some of the rear metal. The truck is a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 which I was planning on keeping for a _long_ time. After a search and some consultation, I was steered toward Pat Bowles Paint and Body Shop. They performed the repairs, explained the entire process and answered all of my questions during the process. Once it was time to retrieve the vehicle, I took a friend (whos much more knowledgeable about cars) to help inspect; we could find absolutely nothing wrong. In fact, I could make an argument that it came back better since they took the time to smooth out a couple hail dents in the rear that were definitely not related to the accident. Heck, they even vacuumed and cleaned the truck up. I then took the vehicle to my regular mechanic (Michael Huffman, Donelson Auto Clinic, absolutely wonderful (and honest) business) and asked him to inspect the vehicle. I hope Im not stepping out of bounds by quoting him out of band here, but here goes. Two stand out in my mind: "I see a lot of [crap] bodywork in my line of work; this is NOT [crap] bodywork". "If you asked me to prove absolutely that this truck had been in a side collision, I would be hard pressed to do so." To summarize, Pat Bowles Paint and Body shop restored my vehicle to where it was before the accident, which is the perfect outcome in this situation. They are a class outfit and seem to be very careful and conscientious in their work. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Bowles Body Shop is one of those places of business you hope you will never have to use. It is inevitable, especially if you have young drivers, you will probably need to visit a body shop a time or two. When that inevitable does happen, you want to make sure you can take your vehicle to someone you can trust to do a good job. Bowles Body Shop has always done an excellent job for me and I know I can leave my car with people who value what they do and use quality parts and expert craftsmanship. Unfortunately, I just had an experience where some road debris was hit by a car in front of me on the interstate and the road debris found its way to my brand new car. I was devastated. I had less than 30K miles on my car, and the road debris caused some pretty bad damage to the front of my car. It had been more than several years since I had needed body work, but I knew exactly where to go. As much as technology changes, some things never change...honesty and integrity. You can rest assured that the people at Bowles Body Shop will take good care of you and your vehicle. Dont even think twice, just call them.

Great work was done here in the paint department. Scott was an amazing painter with 20+ years experience and an attention to detail like no other and really cared about the customer, wanting them to drive away happy and not bring their car back for a redo due to shoddy work, which is obvious in the time and detail he took to make sure the job was done right! He really cared about not only the customer but the company as well. This resulted in top notch work unfortunately the owners do not know how to run a business nor do they know how to appreciate their employees. So from this point if you want less than sub par work on your vehicle and want it sitting around for weeks on end while they realize what parts havent even been ordered yet (though the customer is told their car will be ready "tomorrow") then they are the place to go. As a former multiple business owner myself, I have never, ever seen a business "run" this way. Its truly "The monkeys running the zoo" type of atmosphere. It is quite obvious that the owner has a "little man" complex...in every way.

I went to Pat Bowles on the advice of my insurance agent. Oddly, the insurance companys list of preferred/approved repair shops did not include Pat Bowles. The ones on that list received horrible reviews. Pat Bowles has excellent reviews from all but one person, whom I recently found out was just a disgruntled employee and overly biased, youll see that review on Google Maps. I was very impressed with the professionalism and customer service at Pat Bowles. Theyve been in business a long time and now I know why. They looked at my wrecked vehicle and within 15 minutes I had my estimate. My insurance company insisted on sending out and adjuster since I didnt go with one of their preferred companies. When the adjuster asked who I got the estimate from, I told him Pat Bowles and he said "Theyre a great shop, Id use them." Long story short, if youre close to Hendersonville, use Pat Bowles, not one of the preferred options from your insurance company.

I took my car here after I was rear ended. Im pretty picky with my mechanics because Im a woman and most of them talk down to you and tell you things just to get more money out of you so I looked up a few places in the area and these guys had the best reviews. I gotta say that my car looked great after they were done with it and on top of that the owners were great and seem to really value their customers. Super friendly and they treat you like family. Id recommend these guys to anyone!

This business is full of helpful, genuine customer service providers. The staff at Pat Bowles Paint and Body shop took care of my 2002 VW Bug, which says enough right there. Most shops hate working on VW, but this staff was perfection in knowledge and kindness. They took my car in with no appointment and they fixed my leaky sunroof that no one else could fix. You guys are the best! Keep up the great work. I will undoubtedly be back whenever I need the best service.

Dont let the location/look of the place fool you... These people go above and beyond in their work. I was rear ended which bent the frame of my truck. It was just short of a total loss, so the truck needed to be taken apart piece by piece, and re-built on the new frame. Very serious repair. 40,000 miles later and I have not had a single issue with my vehicle. They even drove me home when I dropped the truck off and didnt have a ride. Would recommend 10/10.

Pat and Son and crew did a wonderfully professional job on my 2014 Jeep. Cannot see where the mailbox hit it! The best part of the experience was the friendliness and courtesy of everyone there...(special thanks to Linda) top notch. Jeep was clean inside and out, too. Hope I dont need them again but if I do, I will not go anywhere else.

If you want a full price job done half way then this is the place. Hack job the first time and then they only fixed half the issue when I brought it back the following week. Plus the paint isnt even the same shade, a joke of a company in terms of professionalism and quality.
